Right on cue, Tuggington and a large amount of his crew surmounted the sides of the Queen Redicci and began attacking the Navy Soldiers on board... "Remember men! As usual, only the Navy soldiers, and anything of value on the soldiers or the passengers is fine to take, we'll need it in Eas... I mean Celthin soon!" shouted Tuggington as he shot a navy sailor in the chest Meanwhile...

Rileius Ambiguous was objecting very strongly to the way they were being treated. Luckily, Rileius was trained with a sword, and had soon broken free of their bonds, shucked their fancy trappings for a simple tunic and was swordfighting Rhyannon on the deck of the Saltash.

Back at the Sons of Freedom headquarters, Frank showed of his designs to his fellow think tank members, and he saw designs for what they had in mind. Eventually, they found they had a wealth of potential knew weapons that would give them the edge they needed over the Crastvin family forces.
"Breech loading canons and rifles; steam-driven ironclad ships; improved grenades, revolving pistols... they will not know what hit them!" One think tank member declared.
"I think I know how to design the steam engine you are looking for Frank. What if we..." and he began sketching some designs out.
"Yes! That's exactly what we are looking for!" Frank said joyously.
"Right... when we get the materials and funds we need... construction of the ironclads will begin" one think tank member assured.
Frank informed the leaders of this progress and approved of the plans for "Operation Ironclad" which called for the construction of five of these ships Frank had designed.
"They will give us the edge we need against the Empire's Navy... we shall fight numbers with innovation" one leader assured.
Then Frank spoke up. "there is something I should mention" he began.
"Yes?" One leader said.
"I ran into a pirate on my way here. Tuggington" Frank said.
"THE Tuggington?" One leader asked, shocked.
"Yes; he asked me to join his crew... but I made it clear my loyalty lies with you. He was persistent though, and asked to lend his assistance to our cause in exchange for me assisting him in future operations against the Empire" Frank said.
"And where is this Tuggington? How do we know we can trust him?" One leader asked.
"He said something about retrieving supplies that could help our revolution. To be honest though, I do not know if we can trust him yet. He says he will fight for our cause, but what is his motive? I agree with you my friends, when we established that we would NOT hire mercenaries to fight this battle, because their motive is money, while our motive is the freedom and liberation of East Gartun and its people. I would love to say I trust him, but until he can prove that his motives lie deeper than material gain... the best I can say is we must err on the side of caution until, beyond any doubt, he proves that he is here to fight beside us for motives beyond the material" Frank said.
"And do you have any ideas how to prove that?" another leader asked.
"A few... should he come, I have a mission in mind that will prove whether or not he is truly for our cause" Frank declared.
"And that is?" Another leader asked.
"Wait and see... if we must wait weeks or months for Tuggington, than we shall. In my haste I realize I forgot to tell him where our headquarters is, so in the mean time I will check the harbor every day for the arrival of his ship" Frank assured.
"Thank you Frank. In the mean time, we need you to locate an adequate supply of iron for Operation Ironclad, understand?" One leader ordered.
"Yes sir" and Frank proceeded to leave the headquarters on his very important mission.

On the Queen Redicci, Tuggington and his crew had raided the ship, and taken care of the Navy soldiers, and satisfied with their gains, exited the ship back onto the Scrap Iron Dreadnought...
"Thank you kind royals! You're donations to my crew will not be wasted! Men! Meet back up with the Saltash and then we'll sail to that place!: yelled Tuggington as the pirates cheered in agreement...

With the original crew deposed, Toz and his cohorts had the run of the Queen Redicci III. They raised the Saltash up to the deck, where it left lots of room to spare, and said off for East Gartun in the biggest ship ever built.

EPISODE 7 (ONE WEEK LATER) It was the seventh day in a row that Frank had come to port; waiting to see if Tuggington would keep his promise and come to East Gartun and assist in the Revolution. And for the seventh day, he did not show up. "Guess we'll have to proceed without him; I have more important things to worry about right now, like securing the iron supply" he remembered. If they did not get the iron, then Operation Ironclad would never begin.

Just as Frank began to leave, he saw two ships on the horizon, one looked familiar, and the other one massive...
"I can't even believe it, but I don't doubt it's him..." laughed Frank

"Captain Tuggington, I presume?" Frank called out

"In the flesh, and as you can see, my crew mate I went to fetch in Vortun will greatly help your cause, this is my subordinate captain Tiberius Zeno, shake hands with the man Zeno..." replied Tuggington
"Pleasure to meet you..." responded Tiberius rather quickly
"He has a good information network that will help your cause no doubt, anyway, now that I'm here, direct me to their manor, I'll go fetch their heads for you and be back before the sun sets..." asked Tuggington

"I'm afraid... it's not that simple Tuggington. Any man can kill another, but this is a very delicate manner Tug. I am sure you could topple them if you wanted to, but that is not the point. There are many things which much be accomplished before we can lead the final assault against the Crastvin family themselves; does that make sense?" Frank asked.

"As long as I chop off the head of the snake, the body will lie dead and fall apart, isn't that right? I'll just take care of the family and all their high ranking officials and this island will be yours..." answered Tuggington

"Not really. There are many factions vying for power here, all seeking to overthrow them and take control. All of these factions must be either united or defeated before we assume control in order to ensure that the new government we implement remains stable. Furthermore, the moment we declare our independence, no doubt the Empire will get word and send forces to take us back. So we have to topple the old government, implement a new one, deal with the factions, rebuild this island and fight off the empire. You have every right to turn away now if you want to; I won't stop you. But let me tell you right now, I will not rest until East Gartun is free" Frank declared.
Tuggington responded with...

"Perhaps you should follow me" Frank said as he lead Tuggington to the headquarters for Sons of Freedom.
......
"And you are sure we can trust him?" One of the leaders asked.
"We are about to find out, aren't we?" Frank pointed out. He pulled out a map of East Gartun, labeled with many different points of interest and other details.
"Tell me Tuggington... how many factions do you think are vying for control of East Gartun?" Frank asked.

"That's the tricky part... some factions we know we can ally with, other we can't. But I have the perfect job for someone like you" Frank said.
"Yes?" Tuggington asked.
"You see, The Sons of Freedom... have an extreme distaste for Mercenary groups. We find it disgusting that they fight for coin rather than for the freedom of East Gartun. Therefore..." Frank said, indicating three factions.
"The Freedom Riders, the Knights of East Gartun and the People's Liberation Army. While they would make great allies in this fight, they see no motivation beyond the coin." Frank explained.
"So what do you want me to do?" Tuggington asked.
"You can convince them to join us. You can eliminate their leaders and cause them to disband. Heck, you could kill them in battle if that's your style. As much as we would prefer the manpower; passionless fighters have no place in the Sons of Freedom. In short, your job is to deal with the three mercenary groups however you see fit. Think you can handle it?" Frank asked.
