Bronze, Blood And Bone Master Thread

Welcome, one and all, to Bronze, Blood, and Bone. This is a story about the Church of the Horned One. It's about the Bronze Mage, the Blood Alchemist, Vivian Bloodsphere, and Priori, as they work together to summon the Horned One into our reality. It's going to be a massive project, and I don't know how long it will take to complete. So what I'm going to do is periodically post drafts of each chapter until it's done. Each chapter will be linked here, and you can follow the story that way. When I write a new draft for a chapter, I'll link the different drafts here as well. 

THIS IS NOT A FINISHED PRODUCT. I am writing drafts, soliciting feedback, and then writing new drafts using that feedback. Nothing here is final, but I still want you to read it and tell me what you think. Too much exposition? Too little? Is something missing? Did I totally fail to make my symbolism work? Does my prose suck ass? Are my characters baffling and unlikable? Tell me and I'll try to fix it.
