EPISODE ONE: The Trials Begin! The Aim of a Marvelous Conquest with Colorful Heroes in the Way!
The alarm clock rang; another day had begun for Frank. Struggling to wake up, at last his arm found the infernal noise machine and he silenced it.
"Dang it... I really need to stop it with these late night internet chat rooms..." Frank said as he woke up and finally began his morning routine.
"For some, people find routine boring and mundane" Frank thought to himself. "But if you ask me, I'm quite happy with it. It's nice knowing what I am going to do, day in and day out. Surprises... I never was fond of them. Sure, it is always great to try something different, but only when it's planned in advance. From my bed, I go make breakfast, then I brush my teeth and have a quick morning shower, before finally getting dressed and going out the door."
And that is exactly what he did; when his business was done in the kitchen, he moved on to the bathroom. When he was done there, he went on to the bedroom. And once he was done there, it was out the door and on his way to school.
"I suppose living alone has it's perks... but it would be nice for Mom and Dad to come back from their business trip" Frank said as he did one last thing before he left.
"Woof! Woof!"
"No Sammy; I didn't forget about your breakfast" Frank said as he put some kibble in his dog's bowl. And once the little Westie had eaten, Frank was on his way.
"Watch the house while I'm gone!" Frank said as he locked the door and left. Then he started walking to school.
"Let's see... it's nice and sunny out today... good thing the school uniform is just a shirt and pants; I feel bad for those who gotta wear essentially suits." Frank thought to himself.
Frank walked down the street he usually took. it was the same quiet walk he had taken every day for the last couple years, until...
"Hey tough guy! You'd better watch your mouth!" Frank heard from down the alley to his left.
"Huh?" Frank said to himself before looking over to see what was going on; it looked like one guy, wearing a school uniform similar to his, was surrounded by five others who looked like they didn't belong in this neighborhood.
"Well, so much for routine... hey; don't I know that guy?" Frank thought to himself. But then his thoughts were interrupted once again by a...
"Oh no! I'm going to be late for school!" A voice screamed. And suddenly, someone burst out from one of the houses on the street, with a piece of toast hanging out of his mouth, and bolted right past Frank, heading in the direction of Frank's school.
"Huh... you'd almost think he was in an anime or something" Frank thought to himself, before redirecting his attention. "Ok... continue with my routine of going to school... or ask about what's going on here?" Frank pondered.
.....
Tug had just gotten out the Front door, he was leaving early compared to most kids when they go to school in the morning... But who said he was using this time to get to school...
With his bag over his shoulder as he went to check out his territory, five no names appeared out of no where and surrounded the thug...
"Well what do we have here?" asked the Biggest Gang member
"Hehehe... Seems some young no name's gotten cocky venturing into our turf..." said another
"Seems you idiots don't know this is the 'Massacre Soldier's' territory you're standing in..." replied Tug
"Oi oi... What are you his little errand boy?" laughed a Gang member
"No, but bastards like you deserve a good ass kicking once in a while..." responded Tug as he cracked his knuckles and neck.
"Hey tough guy! You'd better watch your mouth!" yelled a Gang member as the group began to throw punches, just as Tug was expecting...
.....
Toz had just arrived to school, as class president he had to be there extra early, which was a pain, though it did come with some perks as well...
"Toz, good morning!"
"Good morning Toz"
He got to see all the girls in the morning greeting him...
Toz was a very handsome guy, in fact, he probably won the class presidency through just his good looks, though that doesn't mean that's all he's good for...
"Oh another confession in my locker, guess I should save that for later..." Toz said to himself as he stuffed the note, along with seven others, into his pocket.
"Ah, TOZ!" a cute, timid girl said as she came up to him
"Yes?" asked Toz as he turned towards her, in a way that made her heart skip a beat...
"Um... Would... Would... WOULD YOU GO OUT WITH ME?!!" the girl blurted out, blushing
Toz turned to her in the most romantic way possible, and as he brushed her cheek, he replied, "I'm sorry, though you are as bright and beautiful as the starry night sky, I am a roaring blaze like the sun, and therefore or not suited to a shimmering angel like yourself, so I ask of you, find the shining moon that fills the night with you, as I'll watch from afar and cheer you on..."
The girl fainted from such glorious words as her friends went to comfort her and other surrounding girls began to back away as they could not withstand Toz's intense passion...
"Toz's showcases a mere fraction of his love once again... Will any girl be able to withstand his full force?" asked a girl to her friends
Toz meanwhile, on his way to his classroom, heard a commotion about 'cutting it off' towards someone he could probably guess, as he thought the million dollar question...
'I wonder where Riley is?'
.....
Eyes stood as silent as a hunter waiting for his prey. One move, and he was dead... He knew he only ended up in this situation accidentally, but by God, he would enjoy those sweet, sweet moments of the promised land before he ended up on a way one trip to hell itself...
"Hey did you hear about the test being moved?"
"Oh yeah, Mr. Kawasaki is such a nuisance sometimes..."
"Hey could you pass me my gym bag?"
"Yeah, here you go Sarah..."
Eyes had somehow sneaked into the forbidden paradise... The Girl's Locker Room
'Come on... Just a little bit closer... If only these slits were bigger!' thought Eyes as an itch came upon his nose...
'NO NO NO! PLEASE NOT NOW OF ALL TIMES!!!'
"ACHOOO!" sneezed a very male sounding voice...
"What was that?" asked a girl
'Oh crap...' thought Eyes as before they could even open the locker's door, he bolted out of that faster than a roadrunner
"IT'S HIM!" shouted a girl
"GET HIS ASS!" yelled another
"THIS IS THE BASTARD'S LAST TIME! WE'LL CATCH HIM THIS TIME!" replied a third as most of the early morning girls' sports teams grabbed what they could and chased off MIs
'It was great while it lasted... BUT WHERE'S THAT DAMN DOOR THOUGH!'
.....
TGC was running late for his club meeting, so all he time for was to butter his usual slice of toast as he bolted out into street...
"Oh no! I'm going to be late for school!" he shouted as he ran by some random guy, narrowly avoiding him...
'No time to apologize! I'm going to be late!' he thought as he ran around the corner, and ran into a girl, in the exact same situation as him with bread in her mouth as well, and knocked each other over.
"Sorry!"
"Sorry!"
As TGC looked the young woman in the eye, he swore he had never seen anyone more beautiful than her...
Just as he was about to say something to her, a big guy came flying out of nowhere and pinned him against a wall...
"Ow..." moaned TGC
"Take that you bastard! Don't go messing with my turf!" asserted some guy as he stood over the beaten and bloody thug
"S... S... Sorry... It will never happen again..." groaned the thug as he passed out.
TGC, now forced to look at the surprised girl, look defeated as he saw a guy with a bunch of girls out for blood run by and sweep the mysterious girl up within the mob...
The guy from before soon walked up and mumbled something along the lines of, 'I've never seen any anime like this before', under his breath and asked, "Are you alright?"
.....
Frank went up to the battered TGC and helped him up.
"I suppose I could be better" TGC said as he he began brushing himself off. Then he looked at the ground. "Darn it... I dropped my toast" he said to himself.
"Well, that's what you get for running with the thing hanging out of your mouth... protein bar?" Frank asked as he pulled one out of his backpack.
"Since when do you..." TGC began.
"I don't; I save them for people who didn't have a chance to eat breakfast in the morning" Frank explained as he handed it to TGC.
"Gee... thanks" TGC said, relieved as he began opening it. Frank looked him over.
"Well, I can tell we go to the same school, so why don't we walk there together for now?" Frank asked.
"Sure" TGC replied. When suddenly a figure emerged from the alley, looking all tough. Frank sighed.
"You just couldn't resist, could you?" Frank asked. Tug started approaching Frank, looking like he was about to beat him up when... he simply put his arm around Frank's shoulder.
"Sorry Franky, they tried to wrestle in on my turf... You know how angry I get when that happens..." shrugged Tug with a laugh
"We should probably get going then, eh?" asked Frank
.....
In another plane of existence, a mysterious entity was getting ready to play his hand...
"I have to thank those fools for destroying themselves, allowed the to achieve the power I always wanted... Now if I'm going tp conquer a new realm to fulfill my desires, I'm going to need an entourage..." said the entity
In his 'base' he soon opened a rift, as six crystals came flying out, and then the Bronze Mage, Blood Alchemist, Raios, Redfox, Labyrinth, and Fark all appeared right before the entity...
"Marvelous, what the hell did you do?"
"All in good time... Though first things first, I have a proposition for you all..."
.....
As Frank, TGC, and Tug arrived at school, the trio found Eyes' bloody and beaten body hanging from a flagpole, and Frank went to lower him down...
"Geez Eyes, what was it this time?" asked Frank as he grabbed
"Frank, you know this perv?" asked Tug
"Yeah, I'm his mentor, I"ve been trying to get him back on the right path... Though he always seems to slip back into his old ways..." replied Frank
Just then a group of girls approached Frank and his group...
"Mr. Frank please stop what you're doing, this pervert has to pay for his actions!" said one as the others agreed
"I'm sorry, I just can't let him suffer like this, so I think he's learned his lesson for today..." replied Frank as he had Tug help him lower Eyes back onto hid feet, while all the girls' hearts skipped a beat
'Why does Mr. Frank have to be so cute?' blushed all the girls in their thoughts
"Alright Mr. Frank he's off the hook for now, but if we see him pulling anything else today, we'll kill him for sure..." answered the girls as the made the motions with their hands and faces...
"Blight, Sawee Badies..." mumbled a swollen Eyes as the girls all walked away
"So Tug, and what was your name?" asked Frank
"I'm sorry, the name is TGC..." answered TGC
"Right, TGC, could you and Tug help me carry this guy to his classroom, I think his class president will have something to treat his injuries..." responded Frank as the trio took him to his homeroom
.....
As the three associates carried Eyes to his classroom, the class president met them at the door...
"Oh Mr. Frank, whoever you are, and... Thug... What are you doing here?" asked Toz
"Eyes got beaten up again, i though you would have something to treat his wounds since the nurse isn't here yet..." replied Frank
"He seriously got beaten up again, well, over her..." before Toz could finish, the entire school shook as a explosion sounded off nearby...
"Alright boys! Run wild! Cause as much chaos as the bosses ordered us too!" shouted a voice with a maniacal laugh...
.....
"What's going on?" Eyes asked as Frank looked out the window.
"I don't know, but I gotta make sure everyone stay's safe! Hang tight guys, I'll be back!" Frank said as he ran outside.
People were running all over the place, nervous, as Frank hurried to get people behind the school gates.
"Hurry! This way!" Frank called as students were dashing to the school. He then got a look at those who were attacking.
It was a bunch of grunts; they were dressed in solid black shirt and pants, and they ran about attacking everything they came across. Though they were also kind of clumsy and kept tripping over each other.
"What the?! Seriously, Duplicator has got to work on the quality of his clones" the one who looked different from the rest said.
Frank saw a couple students getting harassed and ran to help them.
"Hey! You leave them alone!" Frank said, kicking the two grunts away from the students. "Quick, get to the school!" Frank called out as he got them to behind the gate.
Eventually, the group of attackers did find their way to the front of the school
"Ah; there's many people in there... have at it boys!" The leader called.
"I don't think so!" Frank called as he stood right in front of the entrance.
"And just who do you think you are?" The leader said.
"If you want to get in here, you're going to have to go through me" Frank declared.
"Pah! One of you is not even a challenge" the leader said.
"Then how about two?" A voice behind Frank said, as Tug started walking forward.
"Tug? What are you doing?" Frank asked.
"Not letting you have all the fun; that's for sure" Tug replied.
"Make that three..." said a third voice
"The Class President Toz?" asked Frank
"The Pretty Boy?" sneered Tug
"Yes Mr. Frank and Thug... If I didn't help out with this, what would my fans think?"replied Toz slyly as he flipped his hair to one side as sparkles rained down alongside the fluid motion...
"Though I just met you guys, I'll guess I lend you aid..."said a fourth voice, revealed to be TGC
"I don't want to fight, but I owe you guys and I'm certain the girls would go crazy for a guy willing to risk his life to save their beautiful bods!" said an excited Eyes as he leapt with great stride from his hiding spot to join the other four students...
"Alright, with me, if we take down the leader, most of these guys will probably run away..." said Frank as the five students stood back to back in a circle...
"So... Which is the leader then?" asked Eyes
"Probably that guy" deadpanned Toz as he pointed to a powerful looking man giving out to the various "clones" that shared the same face...
"Ah, so you must be the supposed 'heroes' the New Boss warned me about... Holy Horned One, what could 'mere children' do against the full force of a VECite..." laughed the leader
"Alright, before we kick your ass can you tell us who the hell you are?" asked Tug as he began cracking his knuckles in wait
"I am the mighty Captain Hypoglycemia! Former member of the Vile Evil Confederacy under the Bronze Mage and Great Horned Beast and now proud member of the Marvelous Invasion Force! I'm here to conquer your realm in the name of our new chaotic benefactor!" laughed Captain Hypoglycemia as he struck a maniacal pose
"Okay... I guess we'll... defeat you then?" asked TGC as the four others, well Eyes just sheepishly followed the mob of the other three, shook their heads in agreement
"Just try it, Duplicator Clones, ATTACK!" shouted Captain Hypoglycemia as the Army of Clones began to tackle our five heroes
As the five students watched as they were surrounded by a tidal wave soldiers, tackling on top of all five of them. Eyes was the first to go down, disappearing under a stack of them. Then Toz and TGC, buried by the sheer amount pounding on them. Finally Frank and Tug, an experienced brawler, fell to the numbers game sent by the invasion force.
Faraway, in another plane...
"Noble Spirit, I think we've found worthy vessels who will do well with handling the power of the Prism..." said a figure
"Yes, these five show the strength needed to fulfill this call to arms, so I will bestow upon them these selected gifts" replied the Spirit with a smile as a flash happened on the battlefield for only a mere second, but for the students, it felt like an eternity...
'What the? I thought I was getting my face pounded in by those mooks?' questioned Tug as he noticed the other four were floating in a white room with him...
"I do not have time to properly explain these powers to you, but for now I'll leave a mental imprint of how these weapons work, I hope you use them wisely..." said a mysterious voice, as the flash returned, brighter this time, as the piles of clones were blown away as the five students were now decked in various armor and weaponry...
"Woah... Look at this, Sword of Erdagovern I got, let's try it out... Brilliant Blue Blade!" shouted Frank as he quickly sliced up the Duplicator Clones as if they were nothing but air...
"Let me this this Hammer of Hikos then... Hammering of the Cold Steel!" yelled Tug as the impact of the Hammer sent the clones into a frozen stupor as they disintegrated into pieces of ice
"Huh, that looks... fun... Let's see the capability of this Gauntlet of Randow, it better be up to my fans' expectations... Bolts of the Silvered Hand!" shouted Toz as lightning bolts flew out of his gauntlet and electrocuted the clones into nothingness...
"I guess I should see what this Spike of Gridlon can do then... Spike of the Cerulean Giant! yelled TGC as he began to grow until he was 9 feet tall, with the spike growing in size as well, with one strike to the ground, the Clones in that area dissipated instantly...
"If all of them got cool powers from their weapons, what can my Helmet of Cronk do then? White Noise of the Mind?" questioned Eyes as a noise only the enemies around him could hear vibrated out of his Helmet and caused the clones to lose consciousness and fall onto the ground, then evaporating once hitting the ground...
"Now for the Boss..." smiled Tug with the Hammer proudly perched on his shoulder
"Foolish 'heroes' you won't be able to stop me once I'm powered u..." was all Captain Hypoglycemia could get out as as TGC's giant spike crushed him into the ground...
"Ow..." he moaned from the hole, defeated... and then he fainted due to his low blood sugar.
In Marvelous' Maniacal Manor, the other dimensional base of his Invasion Force, the Lieutenants looked on in annoyance...
"Of course that wimp couldn't do the job, look at him now!" yelled Fark in anger
"Patience my antsy friend, I have a few of my own tricks up my sleeve..." chuckled Marvelous as he blew what looked like a crystallized snowflake through a portal which opened up to the battlefield, where the particle slowly fell into the hole of the dear Captain, and a devious glow emerged, and an even more powerful presence rose from the sunken disturbance in the pavement...
"This power... I can feel it coursing through my veins! It's as if I've been filled with a million glucose injections at once! MUHAHAHA!" laughed Captain Hypoglycemia as with a thunderous boom he rose from the depression, and a shockwave from within him sent our heroes flying backwards...
"How did he get so powerful?" asked Eyes
"It doesn't matter right now, I think as long as we work together, we can beat him, so listen to my idea!" said Frank as told the other four his plan
"Watch out kiddies, I'm not at the same level as before!" sadisticly smiled the Captain came charging at them...
"Now Eyes!" shouted Frank
"White Noise of the Mind!" yelled out Eyes as Hypoglycemia stopped for a moment and grabbed his head in pain as an unknown noise rattled his brain
"Go Tug!"
"Hammering of the Cold Steel!" spoke Tug as he hit the ground and froze Captain Hypoglycemia's feet to it
"You're up Toz!"
"Bolts of the Silvered Hand!" replied Toz as the Captain, now out of his stupor due to the ended noise, was electrically stunned with Toz's lightning bolts...
"TGC, hold him down!"
"Gotcha!" responded TGC as he used his giant Spike and hands to restrict Hypoglycemia's limbs that was currently trapped in ice...
"Argh! Let go of me!" shouted Hypoglycemia in anger
"Now there's no way you can avoid my attack... Brilliant Blue Blade!" shouted Frank as he rapidly sped over to Captain Hypoglycemia and ended up on his backside, slicing him right through with quick slash...
'How... Could I... Be defeated... By such... Amateurs...?' thought Captain Hypoglycemia the two halves of him fell over, with one half disappearing into the aether and the other leaving behind a strange blue crystal...
"You five did well, grab that crystal, I think it's time we gave you a proper explanation..." spoke the voice voice from before
"We?" questioned Frank as he picked up the crystal, and the five students suddenly vanished from the battlefield, and as students came back out to survey the damage, they wondered what happened to the strange students who stood up to the maniacs and defended them...
.....
The five found themselves manifested in a strange place. It was some sort of room, but the black, featureless walls had no doors or windows. Then they saw that others were present. "Who... who are you?" Frank asked. There were 14 beings in the room. Only one was solid form; twelve seemed to be spirits of people in monochrome robes... and the other seemed to manifest from the prism itself.
"I am the Man In Blue"
"I am the Man In Red"
"I am the Man In Yellow"
"I am the Man In Green"
"I am the Man In Orange"
"I am the Man In Purple"
"I am the Man In Black"
"I am the Man In White"
"I am the Man In Brown"
"I am the Man In Gray"
"I am the Man In Silver"
"And I am the Man In Gold"
"Together... we are the Council of Twelve; the main ruling body of the Colormen" Man In Blue finished.
"And you two?"
"I am the Sprirt of the Prism; the guardian of its power, which is the source of Colormen magic"
"I am Man In Bright Turquoise... I was trapped outside the normal flow of time for 25,000 years, giving me complete mastery over physics itself. However... the recent events have put a great strain on my body... I cannot leave this base I have manifested in your reality, otherwise we will remain trapped in our pocket dimension" he explained.
"There are hundreds of Colormen and our families... but only twelve of us at a time can manifest in this plane of existence, and within this base"
"I... I don't understand. What happened?" Frank asked, to the manifestation before him.
"In our reality, magic was used by a great assortment of factions. But One day, a great battle took place. We were holding our own against our major enemies, but then, it happened." The one being who was fully physically manifested explained.
"What?"
"I... I don't know. All I can say is there was an enormous discharge of magic, and in one second, our reality fell apart. The one called Marvelous tried to imprison all of us for his purposes... but we got lucky. The Spirit moved first and our faction was safely transported to a plane between realities. However, as a fail-safe we are unable to completely leave our reality, lest Marvelous find us. Only these astral projections of ourselves can cross the dimensional plane to your reality. But this is not the limit. You have been chosen because you possess attributes that will let you take on our powers, and be able to defend your world from this emerging threat." The Man In Blue explained
"Then what was that we just fought?" Toz asked.
"The tip of the iceberg I'm afraid. There are many more battles ahead" The spirit explained.
"I think for our first go we did good" Tug declared.
"Indeed. You have done well, noble warriors" The Spirit explained. "But he was just the beginning. You have many battles ahead of you, and each will become tougher than the last" The spirit explained as he addressed the heroes.
"Well with our new powers I'd say we can take on anything!" Eyes declared.
"Do not get full of yourself!" Man In White snapped. "Be warned, for magic does have it's limitations" he continued.
"Limitations?" Frank asked.
"Yes; centuries ago, my ancestor, the fourth to hold the Title Man In Blue, was the first to explain the Eight Laws of Magic. They explain the definite limitations of magic, and have no exceptions... in other words, these laws are impossible to break, even for Marvelous" Man In Blue explained.
"What are the Eight Laws?" Tug asked.
"First Law of Magic: One's ability to use magic is not dependent on strength of one's body, but strength of one's mind. While it is true that a strong body can lead to greater endurance in some areas, this has nothing to do with the ability to harness magic. It is the strength of one's mind which allows the user to harness magic, and if you are strong of mind, you shall also be strong with magic" Man In Green declared.
"Second Law of Magic: Magic can neither be created nor destroyed; it can only be harnessed or blocked. Magic, like matter and energy, exists in a finite amount in the universe. When spells are cast, magic is harnessed from one's "pool" of magic, and when the spell is cast, the magic then dissipates back into the world. Though it is possible to enlarge one's "pool," the amount of time needed to refill it is directly proportional to the size of one's pool. Barring the use of an artifact, when one is left to his own accord, someone with a smaller pool of magic will re-accumulate his/her magic quicker than someone with a larger pool. However, said pool, being limited in size, will run out more quickly than a larger pool. Likewise, it is possible to block one from using magic, by preventing them from harnessing it. This is commonly done with a hex, or with our Colorman Alloy Vallerium" Man In Orange explained.
"Vallerium?" Man In Blue asked.
"In due time" The Spirit assured.
"So in other words... to use more powerful spells, we need to increase our ability to harness magic?" Toz asked.
"Correct" The Spirit said.
"Third Law of Magic: Magic is learned, not inherited. Just because you are not the children of mages does not mean you cannot harness magic. Genetics does not play into magical ability; in fact, sometimes it is possible that a powerful mage and an almighty sorceress... will produce a child with no magical ability whatsoever" Man In Orange followed up with.
"Fourth Law of Magic: Magic can heal, but it cannot cure. Even in the early days of magic, it was understood that healers could only do so much. Physical injuries, such as burns, gashes, even amputations to an extent, can be healed with magic. Diseases however, cannot be cured with magic alone. Magic is capable of many great things, but it cannot cure disease." Man In Silver explained.
"So all the great plagues... the Black Death, the Spanish Flu; even in your reality..." Frank began.
"Correct. Even magic was powerless to stop them" Man In Blue declared.
"Fifth Law of Magic: Magic can restore life, but it cannot create or return life. While magic can conjure nonliving things, such as fire, rock or even metal or food, it cannot create "life" as we know it. Rather, magic allows one to become a "puppeteer" and control that which would otherwise not be alive. For instance- golems are magma, ice or stone that has been brought to life because a mage used magic to animate said material; but the material itself has no intelligence. It is only as "intelligent" as the mage who controls it. Likewise, when someone dies, magic cannot bring them back to life because the soul has already moved on to its final destination. A necromancer controls dead bodies the same way a puppeteer controls a marionette; the body itself is not alive." Man In Gold explained.
"So... so I can't bring my beloved Corey back?" Tug said, taking out a folded picture of a dog.
"I'm sorry... but once a soul has moved on, there is no way to return it to its original plane of existence. Ghosts, in fact, are souls trapped in their plane of reality that need assistance in moving on." Man In Yellow said with a sigh.
"Sixth Law of Magic: Magic itself possesses no morality, but can be influenced. Magic in and of itself is morally neutral; however there are ways to make magic good or evil, such as an artifact, or the way it is used by the individual." Man In Purple explained.
"The prism which powers you is pure good magic; attempting to use its power for evil will cause it to reject you, and you will lose your powers" The spirit stated, as he showed the group visions of people attempting to harness the power of the prism for their own selfish purposes... only to be destroyed or suffer terrible fates by the very power they sought.
"Likewise, there are artifacts that only evil can use... but they were destroyed when reality fell apart" Man In Gold assured.
"I'm glad I'm on the right side then" Frank said in relief.
"Seventh Law of Magic: Magic is limited by the knowledge of the user. It is often said that magic can "do anything" but really- it is limited by the user's ability to use magic. For example, many spells in the early years of magic were based around the classical elements of earth, air, water and fire, because they were what made the most sense to magic casters at the time. But as magic was researched and humanity's understanding of it expanded, different kinds of spells emerged." Man In Red stated
"Our ability to use spells no one had seen before when the Prism first arrived was directly due to the knowledge granted by the Prism to those who were worthy. Or even our Colormen alloys; when the knowledge was granted to us of how to use magic to forge alloys with special properties, these were able to exist because the Prism granted the knowledge of how to do so." Man In Black explained.
"Will we be taught how to forge these alloys?" Man In Blue asked.
"In due time... I'd rather not let such knowledge get out there unless absolutely necessary" The Spirit explained.
"Eighth Law of Magic: It is impossible to completely master magic. Magic comes in many forms, regardless of morality. Even if one devoted his life to studying magic, and absolutely nothing else, he would still be unable to travel the world, and learn and master every single discipline of magic, because it often takes a lifetime to master just one type of magic, such as black magic, golem magic, or prism magic. Then factor in that good people cannot use evil magic, evil people cannot use good magic, and that many kinds of magic were lost over the centuries... it is impossible to master magic" Man In Gold finished off.
"Remember these laws well... for even our foes know that they limit their abilities"
......
"What do you mean you cannot remember how to forge Vallerium and the other alloys?!" Raios said in anger.
"We don't know! Every time we try to recall them its all a blurry haze. Everything Colormen specific about our past is beyond our recollection! Something about the collapse of reality must have affected us in some way" Bronze Mage said as Blood alchemist nodded in agreement. For some reason, they were unable to recall any knowledge they had that was Colormen in origin... only that which came after their betrayal.
"Then we shall research new spells and become more powerful that way. We will not be hindered by the Seventh Law more than necessary!" Blood Alchemist declared.
"And what of Captain Hypoglycemia?" Redfox asked.
"Defeated. I tried to bring him back, but his soul could not be found" Bronze Mage said.
"Damn it. And the fifth law prevents us from bringing him back. That Marvelous better know what he's doing... as powerful as he is, even he knows he's bound by the Eight Laws" Fark said, as all nodded in agreement.
......
"All of your power sets are derived from one Colorman each. I think by now you have figured out who has what" The spirit explained.
"Well then what is our deal?" Tug asked as TGC nodded.
"Oh, terribly sorry. Man In Orange, Man In Gray, if you would" Man In Blue declared. The two members disappeared... and were replaced by a Man In Steel colored robes and a Man In Cerulean colored robes
"Who are you two?" asked Toz
"We're the Men in Steel and Cerulean, compared to some Colormen, we have more battle centric powers and weaponry compared to those two, so they gave up their seats to allow us to appear and help train you..." answered the Man in Steel
"You can do that?" questioned Frank
"It takes a lot of energy, but as of right now, since we're all stuck in this plane we might as well use it to help you five continue where we left off..." replied Man in Cerulean
"Thank you, we will do our best" TGC replied.
"I won't let you down" Tug replied.
"It is time for you to return to your reality. Be prepared, noble warriors, for the path before you is long and difficult" The Spirit explained.
"Thank you, wise Spirit" Frank said as the five returned to their high school.
......
Marvelous was meeting with his six lieutenants; they were awfully annoyed.
"I don't get it boss; if you're so powerful why not just summon everything we have and crush this world!?" Bronze Mage fumed.
"Fools! As powerful as I am the recent events put an enormous strain on myself... even if I did that it would only put us back at square one" Marveloys fumed at his situation.
"Then what can we do?" Bronze Mage asked.
"I can summon a being every so often to send down to Earth. But in the mean time, I was able to get some key individuals retrieved..." he said.
The Duplicator came our first.
"Seriously? His clones are borderline useless!" Fark protested.
"Yes, but they are the closest thing we have to an army, much to my chagrin, so shut up. And..."
Next came in Heather and Sebastian the chefs, and Derrick and Tyler the janitors.
"Why?" Raios asked.
"Well SOMEBODY has to keep this place clean and I don't want to just eat hard tack and swill" Marvelous pointed out. The four then went about their tasks.
"Anyone else?" Bronze Mage asked. Then he saw Sickoia. "Ok I'll admit... a doctor is actually a really good idea" he conceded.
"I have also recovered GOD's Frita Autumn, the Quinn sisters, Quway Riddle, the Breedlove Couple, and Tyrรญรถn Nรญchilsรถn. For SOM, I saved Sebaastian and his support staff, and wish for him to oversee all the staff from the three factions due to his experience in such a position..." replied Marvelous
"If it's to save my Dragon Lord I would even give up my soul..." responded the Goat Butler in submission.
Great, support staff, this will DEFINITELY allow us to conquer this realm..." snarked Fark
"Patience Devonshire, I got these fine folks so we don't have to worry about the upkeep of the Mansion and can just focus on our conquest, though currently due to saving all these allies I don't have the power to rescue stronger allies, but all in due time. I have my sights on Golem creators to upgrade our army, but those I've selected now work to see if we can test the waters a bit in this reality..." smirked Marvelous in reply.
"Golems? But the Order of Masteri was destroyed hundreds of years ago; does that mean we must find Dagronar?" Fark asked.
"That's true; the Masteri were the creators of Golem Magic and he was the only survivor of the siege of Masteri Castle." Bronze Mage noted.
"Have you already forgotten Alabaster's legacy? There are other golem makers out there... just not necessarily Masteri Mages" Marvelous grinned. There was more in store for the future.

The five heroes returned to find that the damage done had been fixed, and for the most part people were continuing on as normal.
"I don't understand, how?" Frank asked.
"We have repaired the damage and cast a perception filter charm on those affected; it, like many other things, will simply be forgotten and they will move on. And it will allow you to live normal lives without people becoming suspicious of your disappearances" the spirit said to them telepathically.
"Thanks... wait does this mean you can..."
"No; I can only hear what you say to me directly, I can't actually read your minds" The Spirit assured.
"Well I feel relieved" Eyes said thankfully.
"Just make sure you hang up first" The Spirit said, clearly having heard something he didn't want to.
An embarrassed Eyes ran off, as the others walked not too far behind.
"So, what did we have to do now then?" TGC asked.
"An assembly I think" Tug said.
"Oh that's right, the Student Body President was giving a speech" Frank recalled.
"Well let's go then" Toz said as they headed to the auditorium.
......
"Hello my fellow students and welcome to another exciting year at TakaiGakko High School (NOTE: Literal translation of "High" and "school" not "High School" which is "Koukou"), I am Jessica Formand, and as your student body president I promise too..."
she said as she began her speech. All the male students except Frank are blushing in awe.
"She's so beautiful!"
"And her grades are amazing!"
"Can you believe she's from a rich family but comes here anyway?"
"Am I the only one bothered by the fact that her body is way more developed than it should be for a 17 year old?" Frank asked bluntly.
"No your're not..." grimaced Tug, not a fan of hers either
"I agree with the Thug for once, her 'beauty' is nowhere near as bright as mine..." spoke Toz as Tug gave him a side-eyed glare, though Toz shooed it away, while the delinquent followed up with a growl...
Eyes and TGC were meanwhile, going goo goo eyes over President Jessica, though in the corner of the room, a 'certain girl' look on at TGC with a twinge of jealousy...
"As you all realized ,today I would like to discuss something very important... Something that will determien the very fate of the school itself, and for that reason, I'll need a 'certain' student to come up her with me... And that student is... Mister Frank!" spoke Jessica into her microphone...
"Wha!!" shouted the Fiver heroes in surprise!

"King Minos!!! But... but that means..." and he realized that he had entered the one place from which he would never return... the afterlife.
Minis looked him over carefully, then declared, "violent... against neighbors... SEVENTH RING!" He shouted. And Captain Hypoglycemia was thrown down to the infernal depths... submerged in Phlegethon, the river of boiling blood and fire. He screamed in agony... as did many other souls like him.

*Cheerful music over montage of clips from next episode
"I can't believe Franky got called out by the Prez huh?"
"What could she want specifically him for then?"
"Hey guys, you're not going to believe this..."
"AH! Someone's attacking the school... Again!"
"Before we deal with that, what were you gonna say Mister Frank?"
"Ugh... I forgot..."
"WHA!!!"
