Here we can discuss New Furness. The fifty-first state, a small island in the New England region. Blackwell is a major city, Marwood is an abandoned city that was until recently inhabited by colorfolk. Other places include the university Man In Blue teaches at, Haverstone Cemetery (is there a city called Haverstone?) and Sherwin Forest, in the national park in the empty northern part of the island. What else is on the island? Other cities? Native American reservations? Just how big is Blackwell? Is it the biggest city on the island? Let's worldbuild!

Blackwell is a town, not a city, first and foremost. The major metropolitan region is Hawthorp City, which happens to be the capital of the island as well. Iconic monuments/folklore locations include Luckless Bridge and the mysterious Crimson Farms. Known industrial sites are Cragbruch Quarry, Mitchfield Industries, and the Bradstreet Docks. Haverstone is a town founded by the Industrial Baron Henry H. Havers who needed a place for his workers at Cragbruch Quarry to live and easily commute from. It contains the island's biggest cemetery due to the constant deaths of the quarry workers during those early years. Haverstone is still populated by workers of the quarry, and it has become the common place to bury the deceased on the island due to the money put into it by a guilt ridden Havers later in life. Hope this is good for now.
