Though he's not just a Dark Dragon anymore, due to his fusion with MiI, he gained the control over metal, an ability not found in dragons before, hence the name Metalicana

Sorry; I'm still thinking of dragons in terms of the dragon guide.
It'll work out though; MM is going to be bring back a lot of dead beings for these matches (which will make sense in due time)

Baldassare Essex - Leader of the PIC Powers: Huge compared to most people (over 6 feet tall and heavy-set), very strong with his hands, even worse with weapons. Characteristics: Born leader, great warrior of the seas; tough but loves his crew. Weaknesses: Mortal
Anthrax Slayer - Second Mate of the PIC Powers: Is skilled in every weapon imaginable; has mastered a five sword style technique he calls the 'F**king Slayer'. Also understands how to transmit diseases to enemies. Characteristics: A badass, but not evil per se. Uses people to his advantage Weaknesses: Mortal
Andrew Deathbringer - First Mate of the PIC Weapons: Blunderbusses and cutlesses. Characteristics: Had a haunting childhood and a dark past. Normally silent and not one to get into fights, but is a very dangerous foe. Weaknesses: Mortal
Martin Van Scoy - Doctor Weapons: Muskets and poison Characteristics: Heavy-set, short man; loves to give advice and is kindly to those he treats, but turns into a fighting force when in battle. Weaknesses: Mortal
Vince Norman - Carpenter Weapons: Wood. Just wood. Characteristics: Smells of oil, loves nature. Weaknesses: Mortal
Auld Lang Sythe Weapons: Knives Characteristics: A Scottish version of Jack the Ripper Weaknesses: Mortal
Tim "The Ripper" Scourge Weapons: Freddy Krueger gloves Characteristics: A good-natured man, but get on his bad side and prepare to die. Weaknesses: Mortal / A Good Joke
Kim Weapons: Anything Characteristics: Murdered by her husband. The most badass ghost ever. Weaknesses: None
Carmine Mass'cre Weapons: Tooth and nail. Characteristics: Mysterious. Can take the form of man or woman at will. Once ended up wiping out an entire village in a single night. Quite possibly a vampire. Weaknesses: Sunlight
Old Dog Weapons: Sticks and stones and muskets and bones. Characteristics: An old blind ragged beggar... or is he? Surprisingly strong in combat. Weaknesses: Mortal

For the First Time ever, here's the official unveiling of some the powerhouses of the organization Servants of Metalicana, these tournament fighters are a whole different kind of crazy:
Raios: Powers: Shadow-related magic, can control, become, and manipulate his own or others' shadows, abilities amplified in darkness, can remove others' shadows, can bring people inside of shadows, even their own, can place others' shadows into inanimate objects to create a rapid army Character: Commanding, Is a blunt, very ignorant to romantic advances against him (mostly), rivalry with his older sister (jealous even?), hates his adopted brother, undyingly loyal to Metalicana Weaknesses: Cannot use maximum power against beings without shadows or people with light-based magics, though can still fight them, albeit, as a less powerful force
Redfox: Powers: Darkness-related magic, can become a 'pseudo-black hole' and absorb people, magic, and abilities of others, gaining them for a time if he so chooses, if he touches you with his darkness power, he nullifies any of your abilities and magic for a time, leaving you wide open Character: Commanding, demands absolute respect, does not take kindly to failure, rivalry with his sister, hates his adopted younger brother, undying loyalty to Metalicana Weaknesses: Cannot handle damage well because of his ability to absorbs all things, even damage, making it double the amount a normal person would receive if it's a well placed shot, though can just as well reply with double that damage
Vados: Powers: Void Magic, ability to control nothing, can shift through dimensions, can manipulate the Void between Worlds, can travel anywhere using the power of the void, can use the void power to control all types of darkness magics, can turn into nothingness, rivals Metalicana in power magic-wise Character: Very nurturing, treats the people of the world as inferior, cares for her 'Father', rivalry with her brothers (Not really), undying loyalty to Metalicana Weaknesses: Only magics of the quantum scale can rival the abilities of her own
Doruk Mountainmover: Powers: Goliath, wielder of Cursed Sword Craven Edge, sword absorb enemies' souls to feed itself, naturally tough skin against blunt and sharp objects, naturally durable body, can withstand the cold, sword can takeover to increase skill and fighting power, as well as fighting intelligence, can shout so loud he can easily intimidate weaker foes Character: Kind of an idiot when around allies, when in battle, becomes a challenge, smarter with warfare than other things, does not have the mental strength to be a general, only an elite warrior, undying loyalty to Metalicana (Craven Edge) Character: Hungers for souls, will take over host's body when host falls into unconsciousness to keep feeding, if join anyone as long as they can provide him with strong enemies to feast on, angered over being imprisoned in the Great North for so long, massive respect for Metalicana Weaknesses: Not very intelligent, can fall for simple distractions, Craven Edge values being fed over safety, so wielder can lose control if strong enough opponent appears against Craven's 'growling stomach', sword takes over when falling into unconsciousness, so even more damage is received than awake due to lack of care for host
Lady Aremur: Powers: Frost Dragon, ice related spells, can turn freely between human and dragon forms, master of deception, can naturally withstand the cold, human body as durable as dragon body, flight, scales stronger than most metals and alloys on Earth, one of the strongest dragons alive Character: self-proclaimed lover of Metalicana, respects Metalicana's 'children' as if they're were her own, has a close relationship with Monet, acts as Doruk's 'Motherly Figure', especially undying loyalty to Metalicana Weaknesses: Most fire-related spells, scales can still be pierced by certain spells, being a powerful dragon has made her overconfident in her abilities

Might as well finish the SOM Roster, here it is then:
Tartaros: Powers: Demon(Demon Realm), Infernal magic (Hellfire), immune to fire, possession, ability to phase through afterlife (Allows him to venture home) Character: Subjugated the demon realm and rules it with an iron fist, Also called 'Satan, King of all Demons' in some circles, good friends with Redfox, undying loyalty to Metalicana Weaknesses: Any type of religious symbols can weaken his powers, does not have that strong of defense, so an overwhelming amount of strength could defeat him
Stein: Powers: Stone-related magics, golem making, can assimilate with the earth and mold it to any shape he desires, using his molding ability, he can create a golem-like entity he can inhabit and make it ascend heights no natural being can Character: German to the core, Raios' good friend second most loyal to him (behind Shalltear), undying loyalty to Metalicana Weaknesses: If cut off from the ground, his abilities are all but useless, when driven into these types of situations, he's forces to use close combat which is he is not the best at
Dolor: Power: Femorian(Cursed Giant), Four Arms, ability to absorb damage and turn it into muscle mass or pure power, more damage he receives, he becomes more powerful, hand to hand combat specialist Character: Does whatever he needs to to gain power, has betrayed his kin in the past, stoic man, undying loyalty to Metalicana Weaknesses: Damage he received that increases his power, still does damage so his power is a gamble, his other pair of arms can be damaged just like his normal pair
Magellan: Powers: poison-related magic, can turn into a poison man, poisons are versatile and can range from inflicting ailments to being deadly Character: Vice Warden (Former Warden and Ninth Son) of Impel Down who takes his job very seriously, does whatever it takes to get a job done, even occasionally injuring allies, does not stand for lack of discipline, undying loyalty to Metalicana Weaknesses: His powers work best in enclosed spaces, so his fighting capabilities are more restricted on an open field battleground, not heavy in combat ability and relies heavily on his poisons, cannot generate cure for his own poisons for allies
Hecate: Powers: Luck-based magic, can steal or give luck to enemies or allies, can affect her own luck as well, if she absorbs enough luck from her opponents she can become pseudo-invincible Character: Believes in the fate of the world any that anyone can change their 'fate' just some easier than others, good friends with Ultear, respects Redfox's leadership, undying loyalty to Metalicana Weaknesses: The kind of luck she gives to others is only temporary, she can still waste all the luck she steals if tricked well enough, relies too much on her abilities

Man In Blue:
Powers: Standard Colormen spells; advanced Colormen spells within certain areas, Swordsmanship, fourth wall awareness Character: Good man of humility and strong moral character. Committed to the Defense of Sodor, and when called for, the World. Weakness: Has trouble connecting to people on an emotional level, if skin comes in contact with vallerium he loses his powers temporarily, if he exerts himself too much over a short period of time, he can run out of magic. Though his magic defenses are powerful, he's still human, and prolonged strenuous activity will tire him out.
Man In Cerulean:
Powers: Standard Colormen spells, advanced spells in some areas, ability to grow to giant sizes. His spike is strong enough to pierce just about anything Character: Good man of humility and strong moral character. Though he does see fighting as "rather barbaric" and his first step in confronting evil is always to talk to them and convince them what they are doing is wrong; fighting only takes priority when innocent lives are on the line. Weakness: Rarely fights enemies who are "true equals" to him, giving him this idea that there is no one who can stop him. Though he is humble, sometimes he cannot help but point out that other than Balor, almost no one has "come close" to him. His spike is good for piercing, but not much else.
Man In Silver:
Powers: Standard Colormen spells, advanced Colormen spells in regard to Electric attacks; Gauntlet increases power of lightning blasts exponentially. Personality: One of the more spiritual members; a good man of humility. But can sometimes be superstitious Weakness: Electricity has little effect on rock; earth-based creatures or mages his powers are not as effective as. His close quarters is not as good as his ranged.

Maleficent Interfector Powers: A very very powerful black mage Character: almost never speaks, the strong and silent type Weakness: she reacts violently to the destruction of anything representing innocence to her

Before Tugboat screws up again ( ) Anthrax Slayer is the ultimate badass, a crazy motherf*cker and the PIC's best deathmachine. He does all kinds of one-liners and usually kills his prey. Essex is a lumbering giant, kinda like Gol D. Rogers (from what I'm seen so far), badass and a good leader.
