"Calm down, Frank. We can fix this. We just need to keep writing."
"Writing about what? I've had writer's block for months, remember? Do you have any ideas?"
"Um... I've got some plans for a webcomic about some teenagers and aliens." Toz said, pulling out some sketches.
"The game! Any ideas about the game?"
"Look, man, I have ideas... but this was supposed to be Tug's arc, and he hasn't posted for a month and a half. Moving on now could screw up his plans, so unless he posts or gives me the go-ahead, I want to stay out of his way."
Frank nodded. "I suppose that's fair."
"In the meantime, though, you up for a game of chess?"
"Sure, why not." Frank began setting up the pieces.
"Oh, by the way, where are Eyes and TGC?" Frank asked.
"Eyes is in the Erotic Fanfiction room, and TGC is taking some time off after the truth about his age came out. I don't really care how old he is, he's always welcome back here, but I can understand why he'd want to avoid the internet for a while."
Meanwhile, in the Erotic Fanfiction room, Eyes was confronted by a wall of whiteness.
"Nesseterina! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Well, given The Game is defunct, kaput, dead because Tug won't post, I'm bored and thus enjoy our new plot until he returns.
OPERATION: 3WSRCRIME
Plot: As other games and stories become more popular than 3WSR, a disillusioned Toz tries to figure out what is going on, and thus meets a man named Eyes. Eyes ensnares Toz into a scheme of his, involving hacking and destruction and an inflation of 3WSR popularity. But Toz isn't the only one working for this system - a man named TGC is too, and somehow they fall for each other. Eyes realizes, however, that TGC is a risk, and Toz must make a terrifying decision... Meanwhile, two policemen named Tug and Frank are on the search for the game destructors.... who will win in the end?
Let's find out.
NURSE walks into room. An unconscious TOZ is lying on the bed.
NURSE: Damn! He's out again.
She gives him a shot of something which after a few minutes revives him. EGS comics, printed from the internet, lie on the floor. NURSE nearly slips on one.
NURSE: God!
Exit NURSE.
TOZ is left alone. Slowly something comes back to him. Then...
TOZ: I remember now...
Flashbacks fill his mind - cue ACT 1.

"Congratulations, it's a boy!" The doctor says, as the baby cries and tears fill Toz' eyes, who watches nearby
"My life is so blissful, how could anything make this go wrong?" Toz asked himself
But we will never know, because I got nothing.
......
"So Frank, what exactly happens when we don't write in game?" Toz asked as the two played their game of chess
"Well, from what I can figure out, it seems that when we don't write for the story, the story ceases to exist all together. But the disappearance of the writer and the writing rooms... it seems that the stability of the 3WSR Universe as a whole depends on our contributions to the game" Frank concluded.
"So what can we do?" Toz asked
"Wait for tug's return, I guess" Frank replied.
......
In the fragment that remained of the 3WSR story-verse, the Colormen and Colorwomen were doing a head count, and assessing their situation
"So it seems that all lands considered the Great Hall grounds as well as the Great Hall itself survived this... this collapse of reality, plus a little of the forest beyond it. However, the only life that survived are the animals in our care, and everyone at the Great Hall." Man in White explained as he looked through his helmet.
"I see. But, the head count" Man in Blue asked
"All colorfolk and family accounted for" Woman in Silver assured.
"But, can we survive like this?" Man in Green asked.
"In theory, yes. We have the resources and capacity to be self sufficient. But that only solves our short term problem. Winston, can't you do something?" Man in Blue asked.
"I don't think you understand... this wasn't a dimensional collapse... that comes later"
"What?" Man in Gold asked
"Eh, forget it. Anyway, this was a collapse of our reality from the story perspective. Only the writer can restore our universe, and, well..." he trailed off. The colorfolk looked over to the spot from earlier, where the writer faded into nonexistence.
"What of the others? VEC, GOD..."
"Until our universe is restored, they have ceased to exisr as well" BT said grimly.
The assembled Council of twelve and Council of thirteen stared off into the nonexistence... wondering about what would become of the future... if there was a future
......
Now back to eye's thing.

*sigh* I was gonna save this for later, but with Tug AWOL, it's time for Ghost Division to make their move.
*********************************************************************************************************
At a certain Deszeld Casino, a shadowy woman, Kamelot "Powerwolf" Nightwish, pressed a button on her Smarttwatch.
This signal reached thirteen other Ghost Division operatives in 13 other casinos, who each stood and left the building.
There were seven power plants in Deszeld City, due to the massive amount of electricity needed to power many of the dark instruments in the fortress, so the 14 Ghost Division members paired up to attack each one.
It was a costly battle. 10 of them died. But they were successful in destroying 5 of the 7 beyond repair, and substantially damaging the other two.
The effect was immediate. All magitek wards around Deszeld went down. All the streetlights and all the interior lights went out throughout the city. Everyone's internet stopped working.
All throughout the city, Deszeld troops rallied to fix the damage. In Sterben's lab, slapstick ensued as he and Moltana blundered in the dark. The various captured Colorfolk/VECites slipped away from their captors. Percy Silver, Woman In Orange, and Moltana landed on a tall building to survey the scene.
Near the vast coastline of Deszeld, a deafening roar was heard as the GOD and PIC navy suddenly opened fire on the city. Fire and lightning rained down on the harbor, and troops stormed the docks. Salfraslatar and Yao sent their troops to fend them off, and Cavendish scrambled SOMGRA double-time.
The Battle Of Deszeld had begun.

Just then, a fist punched up from a grave, hitting Tozer in the face... "How dare you idiots bury me alive!" shouted Tug "You weren't posting so we just assumed you were dead..." answered Toz with his now swollen face... "I was sleeping damn it! Anyway, while I was stuck underground I figured out the rest of the arc, so let's get cracking towards that, shall we?" ..... Just a reminder, here's the status of everyone (Let's save the post above for later Tozzer): - The Bronze Mage is currently a Brain in a Jar
- Chaos and Hivemind are in a cage in Raven the Undertaker's Morgue
- Priori and Vengeance Bringer are tied in Vallerium Chains to seats at Sal'uk's Circus
- Suleiman and Miraj are currently fighting Kenji and his subordinates in the Mirror-World
- Fark is meeting with Metlaicana and the Dragoon Generals on an accord
- The Ghost Division is who the hell knows where
- The Colorfolk are in a Gladiator Fight
- Zemlya is trying to get it on with Percy Silver
- The Blood Alchemist and his group, are well...
Actually, let's pick up with them... ..... The Blood Alchemist's group, who had been captured by the various creatures of the Alluring Forest, found themselves waking up in the lobby of Oro Paradiso the ONLY casino in Deszeld City (Finally I can use it... ) "Oh wow..." said Steve "This is a pretty impressive Casino..." awed Eddie "Focus you two, we've been captured again!" said Silent Night as she smacked the two idiots "She's right, without our SOM experts here anymore, we don't really know who we're up against..." added John "Yeah, we're up a creek to say the least... Alright, I never thought I would say this, but... It give you all permission to gamble to your hearts desire, might get us closer to some answers, here, have some gold from the 15th Century to be able to get a decent amount of chips..." replied BA as he pulled out the coins from a pouch in his pocket... The VECities, who were now seeing currency older than all of them, stared blankly as Steve and Eddie grabbed the gold and ran off to gamble to their hearts' desire... "Wait! Er... Nevermind..." huffed silent Night as she lowered her head in shame as John escorted her after the previous VECities... BA however... "I better go find the guy running this joint..." sighed the Blood Alchemist, as he began to walk away, a hand came over his mouth and pushed him down a shaft that had opened up in the wall behind him... .....

While I hate to backtrack, I simply could not waste this glorious opportunity.
......
(Flashback)
Tug entered the "ideaverse" where our writers congregate to create the stories and posts that make up our 3WSRverse. Wearing a Hawaiian shirt, lei, panama hat and looking rather tanned, he entered looking rather happy.
"Hey everybody! I'm back from my vacation and... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!?!?" He shouted at the sight before him. He saw Frank curled up in a fetal position, Eyes and Toz playing chess, and worst of all... the room where the writer worked, as well as the room where our writers worked were just blank white voids of nothingness.
"Oh, thank God! You're back!" Frank screamed joyously.
"Did you guys already do the soft reboot without me?" Tug asked confused.
"Even worse! The lack of creative input caused the 3WSR Universe to collapse!" Frank exclaimed.
"Then there's only one thing to do!" Tug said as he suddenly changed into... well, tug-clothes.
("awesome hero music" begins playing)
......
In the 3WSR world, the island that was the Great Hall remained suspended in the great white void. But just then... the Colormen looked out, and saw it... the world was being restored.
"Good gracious! Can it be?" Man In Gold said. Everyone gathered and to their delight... the world was reforming.
"The writers have returned!" Man In Blue screamed joyously, to the cheers of the assembled crowd.
"But then, where is THE writer?" Man In Silver asked confused. Everyone stopped cheering when they realized that the revitalization of the Universe did not restore the one being responsible for... well, everything.
"Is... is he unsaveable?" Woman In Blue asked.

Percy Silver, Hailey, and Zemlya arrived in her quarters. Hailey went straight for Zemlya's comically oversized wardrobe, where she was surprised to find an orange tank top and skirt in her size.
"So, what now?" Percy Silver asked.
"Maybe we should find that spy Salfraslatar told me to find." Woman In Orange suggested.
"Great. You get on that." Zemlya used a tendril of shadow to push Hailey out the comically oversized door and slam it behind her.
"Well, that sucks. Now Percy's in there with that bitch... now what?"
Suddenly, Yao and Monet walked by, talking excitedly.
"Did you hear? Colorfolk gladiator fight!"
"I know, you idiot. I'm on my way there."
"Hey, there's no need for that!"
"I'm sorry. It's not my fault you're a spineless coward."
Since we need to get that plot line going, Hailey followed them, and soon found herself in a box seat in the gladiatorial arena.

As Sterben was testing which foreign body parts worked well within the Bronze Mage's body, the Bronze Mage "watched" unceremoniously from his jar on a nearby countertop...
"Oh Horned One, Hohenheim will never let me live this one down..." moaned BM
"Hey, at least your friends have a chance of saving you!" said a voice next to the jar
"Who said that, and how can you here me?" asked BM
"It's me, you're lovable pal Hornby James you ceraminated cerebellum, stuck here and stuck with you in this wackjob's health hazard..." answered the wheeless and tenderless hornet model
"That still doesn't answer my question, how can you here me?" questioned BM
"You seriously think a genius would kill one of the greatest magical minds of this realm? I overheard Sterben it would be a waste of knowledge to do that, so he put you in a jar of synthesized Draconium, which allows the residue of magic within an organism and the scales of the beast it was made for on to keep Magic flowing into you. Plus he's so enamored with your corpse I doubt he can't hear what's going on around him..." replied Hornby James
"Well... At least I'm alive, I better no ones in a worse situation than me right now..." lamented BM
.....
"Red 19!"
"I am on a roll baby!"

Raven's Morgue was cold, wet, and filled with corpses. Two birdlike creatures (kenku) wandered over to the cage where Chaos and Hivemind were kept.
"Hey, Korc! Look at these freaks on a leash!"
"I swear to Metalicana if you make another Korn reference..." Korc snarled.
"But it's my name! I don't want my name falling away from... wait, let me try again..."
"Forget it!" Korc stomped off to eat garbage or something I don't know man he's a humanoid crow.
Chaos rolled his eyes. "We've had some dumb extras in the past, but this takes the cake."
Hivemind, meanwhile, was thinking. A third Kenku, Khisel, walked past, and Hivemind shot out her hand, taking control of the birdman.
"Nice!"
"Shush." Cage-Hivemind said as Khisel-Hivemind proceeded to possess the other two Kenku.
"You'd think they'd have added a defense against that." Chaos observed.
"Vallerium is rare, dude. This is the town morgue."
Raven had entrusted the prisoners to his Kenku because at the moment, him, his entourage of zombies, and his gargoyles were returning from Sterben with bits and pieces of Bronze Mage for his own twisted purposes. So he was rather pissed when he found the door locked.
"Damn crows... hold this." He said to Gern the zombie, passing him the Bronze Mage's leg, which he began knawing on absently.
Raven muttered something, and the door opened to reveal Korn standing just inside the door.
"Raven! Welcome back!" Hivemind!Korn said, shaking Raven's hand.
"You aren't speaking in nu metal references." Raven squinted suspiciously.
Hivemind realized Raven was wearing gloves. "Oh, umm..." he flustered before kissing Raven on the cheek with his beak.
Raven looked excited for a split second, furious for a full second, then his eyes turned blue. "Set these on that bench and leave us." He ordered his gargoyles and zombies.
As soon as they were gone, the Hivemind-controlled Raven released Chaos.
"I'll leave my other body there and tell people who ask that you've gone invisible. Speaking of which, we need to plan our next move." Hivemind!Raven ordered.
"Clearly, SOM doesn't have very good protection against your powers. Why not just possess them all?"
"Not a bad idea, but I can't possess undead, dragons, Presuisoltians, or stone/fire/water/light beings, so that rather limits who I can possess, and who knows what additional wards the higher ranks have."
"Still, you're controlling one of the Nine Sons!"
"Yeah, one of the lame weak ones."
Chaos rolled his eyes. "Look, our first priority should be to rescue our friends. The Colorfolk were taken to gladiator fight with someone named Kenji, and Priori was taken with Vengeance Bringer by someone named Sal'uk. You go to Sal'uk, and I'll-"
"First of all, it's Sa'luk, and-"
"That's what I said."
"No, you said Sal'uk."
"Really, Hivemind?"
"Anyway, we have a bigger problem. Recognize this?" Hivemind picked up something from the table, causing Chaos to gasp.
"That's the Staff of Phyphyxlstyx!"
"Apparently the Bronze Mage is dead. I recognize this half of his face. I don't want to know why Raven only has half, and frankly I don't want to, but we need to proceed on the assumption that we're the only ones alive on our side. You should go see if you can save Priori and Vengeance Bringer, but I'll stay here and pretend to be Raven." Hivemind put on some Kool Shadez to hide his eyes.
"What about the Colorfolk?"
"We were already planning on betraying them after we defeat SOM anyway, who cares? We don't need them."
So Chaos headed off to find the Circus of Sa'luk, while Hivemind!Raven began sautéing the Bronze Mage's leg.

As Hivemind!Raven took a few steps, when all of a sudden, his vision turned white and was transported to an endless blank void...
"Wait what?" questioned Hivemind
"You really thought we didn't have plans for a virus such as yourself?" said a voice
"Of course! I am one of the strongest members of VEC! SOM always underestimates me!" replied Hivemind
From the void, a black haired man in yellow appeared...
"Ah the parasite you are won't be able to handle bodies from 'that' spring, so I only give you about a few more seconds of control... Raven! Show yourself!" shouted Yao
"What the hell are you talking about?" said Hivemind as he went to strike Ywo, but realized he was now restrained, but not in Raven's body but the one he came in as...
"Terribly sorry Master Yao, he got the slip up on the boys and me, don't worry, when this is over I'll take care of it personally... Also the other one escaped, so I suggest you send someone after him..."spoke Raven
"Will do Raven, your professionalism helps 'slightly' improve your status after this incident..." replied Yao
"How? How can I not control you!?" yelled Hivemind as the three Kenku he had taken over before held him back...
"Simple, the spring water all of SOM ingests that keeps them at peak performance, usually most things like body snatching doesn't work though it seems your powers have you a slimmer of time in control. Well it's over now, don't underestimate even the lowest thug of SOM or it will be your undoing, though it seems it was your greed this time... Well, time is up, I doubt we'll see you for a while, Zàijiàn!" said Yao as the blankscape faded but Hivemnd was still restrained by the Kenku in their female form...
"We're ready!" shouted Korc
The last thing Hivemind remembered was a giant black bird swallowing this body whole and feeling the crushing sensation of the body being sent to the stomach...
They then appeared inside a Drow body at Diablo Tower...
"Well shit..."
.....
At Castle Eldrid, Yao, summoned his subordinates Sai and Lau... "You two, a VEC Mage escaped Raven's Morgue, I need you two to gather the Crimson Lotus Clan and stop him from meeting his associates at the 'Circus' using every talisman or ninjutsu technique possible..." ordered Yao
"Yes Master Yao, we'll deal with it quickly..." answered Sai
"Oh yeah, Lau, send word to Ultear and Raios of this and only to them, her Bastions and the Incursio Soldiers that act as sentries in the city will be of use in this endeavor..." added Yao
"Yes Master..." replied Lau as the two darted off to fulfill their important duties...
(If you think this is a cop out I've actually been meaning to talk about the Spring Water, I mentioned it in passing in previous posts, this was my chance to finally acknowledge it and showcase things are not what they seem for all of SOM)

Meanwhile, Frank was observing Toz and tug write; and, since nobody was interested in that subplot, now that the story was active again the writer's room and the writer had been restored. He tried to contribute but felt he was holding the story back at this point; he really didn't have much of a role in this until the upcoming soft re... uh, spoilers.
"So, there are some colorfolk in the gladiator arena?" Frank asked
"That's right" tug said.
"Ok... which ones?" Frank asked.
"Just be generic until you remember" Eyes groaned
......
At the SOM gladiator arena, the ones in charge were getting frustrated; wave after wave of their gladiators had been utterly decimated by the Colorfolk; who showed no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
"You don't have to be THAT vague" one shouted in frustration
But we're not interested in this for now, so let's cut to...

Steve The Ripper and Eddie Denim ran towards a poker table. 5 SOM grunts and one hooded Ghost Division member dealt them in.
Meanwhile, though, Silent Night and Lock-on John were freaking out over the disappearance of the Blood Alchemist.
"What if they captured him?" Lock-on John whispered. "I can't go back to Impel Down!"
"Snap out of it!" Silent Night whispered. "We need to plan our next move."
Suddenly, the two looked up to see a TV at the bar tuned to SOMBC, broadcasting what appeared to be a massive gladitorial arena. And at one end of the arena...
"Colorfolk!" Silent Night whispered.
************
Dolor was delighted. His gladiator fights had lacked a certain pizzazz for a while now, so his latest opponents were sure to delight.
"Ladies, gentlemen, and various non-binary beings! In the south corner... Man In White! Woman In White! Woman In Purple! Man In Pink! And... WOMAN IN PINK!"
The five colorfolk were unceremoniously dropped on the floor.
"At least we still have our artifacts." Man In White muttered.
"And in the North Corner: 25 wildlings! Have fun!"
The gates opened and the fight began.

It was a total wash.
The color folk didn't even need to go past level II; their distance spells incapacitated the wildlings before they even got close. Be it fire, ice or energy, their combined strength was more than enough to defeat these things.
"Ok, so maybe they were slightly underestimated there; onto round two!" He declared as the next gates opened. The colorfolk continued to hold their ground.
......
Elsewhere in the city, the mysterious cracks continued to open. Grunts and other no names continually touched them, only to disappear into nonexistence. But enough foreshadowing; onto the next scene.
......
On the very outskirts of Deszeld City... a fire had started!

Post by Tug on Feb 21, 2018 21:58:37 GMT -5
Though mysteriously, the fire seemed to be put out by a musical tone carried along the wind, as shadowy figures headed into the city...
"Seems the show's about the start, we better get ready then, follow me..."
.....
Since the Wildings had been defeated, they're more or less savage humans covered in furs, Dolor had a better idea...
"Send out the five best Giants we have, I want to strain them..." ordered Dolor
"Aye Sir..." replied a Duergar
A little bit later, five giants appeared, two with collars and three without, standing at the ready...
Some of the greatest Giant Fighters this Coliseum's ever seen! Will the elusive Colorfolk be able to stand a chance?" shouted the announcer
"This is getting interesting..." said Man in Pink

Priori and Vengeance Bringer found themselves chained up in some twisted circus tent, while "Scaretale" by Nightwish played in the background.
Sal'uk was consulting with a few of his thieves.
"Sir, are you sure tonight is the best time to hold a circus? The gladiator matches are tonight, and they've got colorfolk. Who's going to want to see the same show you've done a hundred times over that?" Sallah asked.
"Don't worry about that. This is a private performance, for our... special guests."
"You're going to do a three-ring circus production for two women? For free? Even thoug-"
"You fool! It's an obvious euphemism for gratuitous torture!"
Sallah nodded. "So, what are the elephants for?"
"You don't want to know."
As this went on, Chaos snuck in and found cover, and not a moment to soon, for Ultear, Raios, and Yao leading their respective squadrons."
"Ultear, take your bastions around the left. I'll cover the right side of the tent. Yao, investigate the stands, and try not to screw this up."
"Why am I always getting singled out for abuse? I'll have you know I'm extremely competent."
Behind him, Ultear singlehandedly took down the entire Crimson Lotus Clan.
"Why you little!"
The three began fighting amongst themselves.
Suddenly, in walked Fark Devonshire, loudly bickering with Salfraslatar.
"Your tacticssssssssss were underhanded and you were indifferent to the livesssssss you impacted!"
"Oh really? And when's the last time SOM acted openly? Hmm?"
"We've been preparing, you fool. Meanwhile, all you and your "greater good" sssssssodsssss have accomplisssssssshed isssss worsssssening the sssssituation."
"Hold up. Your "enlightened leaders" are fighting amongst themselves."
Fark walked into the group, holding out his hand. "Now now, gentlemen, what seems to be the problem?"
"Raios doesn't respect me!" Yao pouted.
"Me neither." Fark turned to Raios. "I understand you've misplaced an invisible man?"
"How did you know about that?" Raios asked, confused.
"It's my job. Anyway, I believe I can help."
Suddenly, the room grew brighter, and the colors more saturated. Chaos panicked as his invisibility failed, in full view of the SOM leaders.
"Gotcha." Fark laughed. "Say, isn't this the same guy who broke into your prison, Sally?"
"That wassssss before I joined. And don't call me that."
Raios sighed. "Sal'uk! Put this one with the other two, and make it snappy, I'm missing a great gladiator fight- wait, is that Priori?"
Sal'uk nodded. "In the flesh, why?"
"Priori is one of the most powerful necromancers in existence. Whenever we send undead against VEC, she controls them and turns them against us. I want her dead."
"I could take her off your hands for you, we could use a necromancer's soul in an arcane ritual in GOD-"
"Quiet, Fark." Raios marched over to where Priori, Vengeance Bringer, and Chaos were chained up. "I'll kill her myself."
"But the balance of power!"
"The what!?"
Fark stuttered. "Well, I, um, ya see..."
"As I thought. GOD doesn't care about SOM's success. You just want us to keep fighting VEC until we exhaust each other and you can crush us both."
"That's an extreme oversimplification, actually, we would love it if you-"
"Begone!" Raios yelled. Salfraslatar grabbed Fark and dragged him out of the tent, a grin on his scaly features.
"Now, Priori... prepare to become one of the corpses you love so much." Raios declared.
"Go to hell." Priori spat.
"You first."
Suddenly...

Back in the Mirror World, Suleiman and Miraj now stood over their defeated foes...
"Those were some intense fights..." panted Miraj
*EARLIER*
Suleiman was parrying with his one sword against three, though not struggling, there was some strain visible on his face...
"Beheader, so seem out of practice against real swordsmen..." mocked Kenji
"Not my fault strong ones weren't in that damn Tournament..." replied Suleiman as he sent Kumatetsu into a wall of mirrors, knocking him out, with the force...
"Well, it's time you did then!" yelled Kenji as his two bladed arms sliced at Suleiman, who barely dodged as a reflex...
Miraj, meanwhile, was fighting Kagami, the ruler of the Mirror World, and was also in a struggle...
"You're worthless talismans won't help you here! I control this domain!" laughed Kagami as she would disappear and reappear around Miraj, using the mirrors...
"Oh really... Watch this!' yelled Miraj as she placed a talisman paper on herself and stood still...
"You fool! You've left yourself open!" laughed Kagami as she came leaping at Miraj from a mirror, but as if faster than the wind itself, as Kagami came in range, a talisman was already placed on her head, detonating, which sent her flying into the wall...
"How could... You see my randomized attack?" coughed Kagami as she lost consciousness...
"Simple... I heightened my senses with a Sensory Talisman to wait fro the perfect time to strike... I was pretty easy from there...' smirked Miraj
"No... fair..." mumbled Kagami as she passed out...
Suleiman, whose uniform now was covered in a few slice marks, readied his blade...
"Time to finish this... I'm sick of this fight..." growled Sueliman as his left eye flashed red and his sword began to glow that same color...
"Good, then I'll end it here!" shouted Kenji as he went for the strike, but Suleiman had already passed him, slicing up his chest, knocking out Kenji...
*PRESENT*
"Alright, if my memory serves me, I heard a rumor that if we put Kagami's body near a mirror, we can easily pass through it in a similar way to as we came in..." spoke Suleiman
"Okay, but which mirror due we pick then?" asked Miraj
"I guess any will do, we are in the heart of enemy territory, so it doesn't really matter..." replied Suleiman as he picked a random mirror, "Follow me..."
The two then passed through the mirror, leaving Kagami in the Mirror World, and ended up in a manor's hall...
"Where are we?" asked Miraj
"Something about this decor is famil... Oh no... This is a very bad place to have ended up... It seems they moved it to the city as well... This is very bad..." worried Suleiman
"Why? What is this place?" questioned Miraj, now worried
"This is Von Bram Manor, where Shalltear and her Vampire Spawn call their home... It's a Vampire breeding ground..."
....
"Zed is that all the gear?" asked a Goblin
"Don't worry Grizzle, I got Dranzel to help me, we got it..." replied a Minotaur
"Alright then, we got a show to perform... To Deszeld City..." whistled an Elf as an assortment of creatures, six to be precise, followed behind him...
"Something interesting is around the corner... I can hear the start of a new song on the wind..."
.....

*Sal'uk's Circus*
Suddenly, the sound of a Checkov's Gun being fired rang out, and a mysterious figure appeared in the middle of the tent.
"My Horned One, my plan worked! It's Elvene!" Chaos yelled.
"Who?" Vengeance Bringer asked.
With the power of a lazy Deus Ex Machina, Elvene teleported the three VECites and themself away.
"What the hell? FIND THEM!"
In an underground hollow deep beneath Deszeld, the trio stirred.
"Vhair deed Elvene take us?" Priori asked, looking around.
The chamber they were in was lit by some sort of luminescent coating in the walls. It was comprised of a central area with the remains of a centuries-old firepit, and several circular rooms shooting off of it. A distant hallway appeared to lead upwards.
"Guys." Vengeance Bringer whispered. "Look at this."
Priori and Chaos followed her into one of the rooms, which was filled with shelves covered in scrolls, remarkably well preserved. What wasn't covered in shelves was covered in crude paintings.
"I do naht recognize zis language." Priori said, glancing at the scrolls.
"But these paintings make it obvious." Chaos pointed at the walls.
The paintings depicted orcs. Hundreds of them, hunting, fishing, praying, fighting; one corner even showed orcs trading with what appeared to be an Egyptian Pharoah.
"No wonder orcs were viewed as savage." Chaos muttered. "All their written records were hidden where no one would ever find them. I am so rubbing this in Man In Steel's face."
"Zis discovery vill transform Orc-Human relations." Priori noted, her usually emotionless voice awed.
"Why would that "Elvene" bloke take us here?" Vengeance Bringer asked, confused. "And how do we get out?"
"Maybe they are passionate about Orc-Human relations." Priori suggested.
"And maybe that tunnel leads somewhere." Chaos suggested, pulling a cell phone out of hammerspace and snapping several pictures of the scrolls and paintings.
"Vhat ees ze point? Zis mission ees a lost cause. Ve are safest staying here."
"Good point, Priori." Chaos nodded. "Let's study this place. We may never get another chance like this."
"Are you kidding me?" Vengeance Bringer screamed. "My daughter is up there! In SOM's clutches! Are we just going to abandon her?"
"We're evil." Chaos said, without looking up from the scrolls. "Blood relations mean nothing to us."
"Plus, she ees a Colorwomeen." Priori added, reanimated a couple orc skeletons she found in another room.
"Know what? I don't need you two!" And Vengeance Bringer stormed off through the tunnel leading through the surface.
"Whatever. That's too noble and unselfish for me." And Chaos got back to his anthropology.
After marching through the dry, dark, arid tunnel for what felt like weeks but was only like an hour, tops, Vengeance Bringer emerged in the Vampire Breeding Ground, for reasons that have nothing to do with consolidating this arc's plot threads, no sirree.

Now, back to the Colorfolk gladiator fight-
Man In White, Man In Pink, Woman In Purple, Woman In Pink and Woman In White stood before the giants, Man In White determining their strategy.
"Can we even defeat these things?" Woman In Purple asked.
"The Colormen won many victories against barbaric giants in the War of the Giants... though I suspect that these giants may be a bit different from the ones our ancestors faced" Man In White explained.
"Two of them are wearing collars...but they all don't have weapons; they must be physical fighters" Woman In Purple Concluded.
(Working with what I was given)
"Ok, I got it, here's what we'll do..." Man In White explained as he whispered the plan to the others.
When the fight began, Man In White and Woman In White stayed back, while Man In Pink, Woman in Pink and Woman In Purple charged in to keep the giants busy.
The giants were going for the direct approach- trying to grab them, stomp on them, crush them, etc. The Colorfolk were one step ahead; they kept moving, always being just out of reach of the giants. In some cases, they were able to make the giants hurt each other.
Woman In Pink was trying to be grabbed by one giant, while another tried to stomp on her. It took some clever maneuvering, but she successfully forced the stomping giant to crush the hand of the grabbing giant, causing him to scream in pain while the other, losing his balance, fell on top of the giant whose hand he had just crushed. They were still no pushovers though, so once oriented the two giants got up and resumed their attacks, albeit the one had a now broken hand.
Woman In Purple was taking full advantage of the one kind of sub-class of prism magic she had mastery of- sensory manipulation. As Man In Pink kept two of the giants busy, she was able to work her magic (no pun intended)
"Dref nalk taryelk vernia joi!" She screamed as the two giants were hit. Nothing seemed to happen at first. But then the two giants looked up. To them, the world around them suddenly became a living hell. Then they looked towards each other. At first they seemed to fear what they saw... then their looks turned to pure rage, and they began to attack each other, far more fiercely and more brutally than they were just attacking the Colormen.
"Hey! Stop attacking each other!" One giant called out to his two comrades. Him looking the other way freed up Man In Pink to do his thing.
"Man... I hope his idea works. Galf narr ulga hadrak loi!" Man In Pink screamed as he shot the spell at the giant. The giant turned around to see the magic heading towards him, but it was too late. When it hit, everything around the giant suddenly became dark. Man In Pink had conjured a massive helmet of solid platinum and encased the giant's head in it. Platinum, being element number 78 on the periodic table, is three times heavier than iron. And this giant's head was fully encased in a thick helmet of the metal.
Making matters worse... it was completely solid, with no way to open it or get it off. The heavy metal helmet threw off the giant's center of balance and he fell. he struggled to get up, but his head had become too heavy.
"Get this damn helmet off me!" He screamed as he tried to force it off, but to no avail. The giant with the broken hand and the other giant from earlier heard his cries, and the broken handed one ran over while the last giant worked to keep Woman In Pink, Man In Pink and Woman In Purple busy.
They kept moving and keeping this giant busy, until at last, the giant had grabbed all three in his hands, and they were at his mercy.
"I am going to crush all three of you into paste! Any last words before I end your miserable lives?" He asked.
"As a matter of fact, yes. Aren't you forgetting something? Or rather, two someones..." Woman In Purple began?"
"Huh?" the giant said, confused. Then he looked up with horror at the full extent of his mistake.
Man in White and Woman In White, who had gone completely ignored this fight, had spent this whole time summoning a very powerful magic bomb that, once detonated, would leave the five Colorfolk unharmed, but would pretty much obliterate anything else it came in contact with.
"This arena is filled with SOM grunts and lackies loyal to SOM... I wonder how they will react to a spell like this" Woman In White asked.
"If my calculations are correct, we are going to blow the roof off this place" Man In White said.
"NO!" The giant screamed as he went to reach for the two Colorfolk... but it was too late.
The magic bomb exploded with great force, causing enormous damage to the arena and everyone around it. Glass shattered, metal bent, concrete crumbled, and the audience were quite literally blown out of the coliseum as the roof was blown clean off, and the spectators were flown into the night sky. Dolor himself took damage far greater than any he took during the tournament arc, and was knocked out cold as he was covered in rubble, as were the other giants.
When the dust settled, the now half-destroyed coliseum was nearly devoid of life. The relatively unharmed Colorfolk were the only ones still conscious. And the only other signs of life observed in the coliseum were Dolor, covered in rubble, and the five giants, also covered in rubble. They reassembled.
"Are you two ok?" Woman In Pink asked.
"Our pools of magic are relatively large even by Colorfolk standards so we are fine. However... it was still taxing, so don't count on anything like that happening again for a while" Man In White explained.
"Are we all that's left?" Woman In Purple asked. Man In White donned his helmet and observed the situation.
"Us and the giants are the only ones still here. We'd better get a move on; there's no time to lose" Man In white said... the five left the stadium through one of the exits where the doors had been blown clean off by the explosive force, and disappeared into the night to regroup.
By the time Dolor regained consciousness, he was not sure how to react to the scene before him.
His coliseum was half destroyed, with the roof completely gone, and his five giants... all heavily injured, but two were fighting each other, still under the influence of the perception altering spell, one was nursing his broken hand, and one who wasn't so badly injured was struggling with the last one to remove the solid platinum helmet, but to no avail.
Dolor wasn't sure whether to be angry, impressed or shocked by the scene before him. "The Colorfolk are indeed powerful... they are not to be underestimated" he simply noted before assessing his current situation; he may have been covered in rubble, but he was not about to brute force his way out of the situation, and possibly cause more damage to his already crumbling coliseum.
And what of the SOM spectators, you ask? Well...
......
Over Impel down, all was normal until some guards looked up and saw an army of thousands flying through the air, heading straight for Impel Down.
"Invasion! To arms all! To arms!" A lookout screamed. Alarms sounded as the guards took up battle positions and prepared to fire... on their own allies.
......
Meanwhile...

Dolor, furious, had his four arms tremble is anger as a dark aura seeped from him, shaking the very ground he was standing on. The Colorfolk had forgotten something, a very dangerous ability of the Femorian, his ability to take damage and turn it into power. And with that bomb, the Colorfolk had just broken his former limit, something already broken from his last fight with his brother Balor. Dolor's body swelled, strength and magic fighting to escape his very skin, he was angry, and he knew exactly to use his new power on... "Sir, are you all...alright?" asked a stuttering Giant, as the remaining Giant soldiers of about 100,000 left their underground barracks with the rest of the Duergar and Wildings, freeing the controlled Giants. "I'm fine, fix my establishment by the time I get back, I'll deal with the Colorfolk, myself..." growled Dolor with an even larger form as he marched off in the direction of where the Colorfolk were heading, who didn't realize the monster they had unintentionally created... This was no longer fun and games for him, this was work, something that would lead to one of the greatest diasters in Colorfolk history... (BTW, the Coliseum is like the Roman one, so there is no roof to blow off, and Franky, remember to do research on characters before you destroy their place of business ) ..... Meanwhile, Keyes, with a certain pink creature in his lap, was having a meeting with his top lieutenants, who he had summoned for urgent work... "Alright gentlemen, I gathered you two for a very important job from Raios himself..." stoically spoke Keyes as his bony hand petted the pink creature on his lap... A lich in a leather jacket, sunglasses, and thick black boots leaned back in his chair and left his feet on the table... "Keyes baby, you know me, whatever the job is, as long as I can kill something, I'll be able to stick to the leach you put me on... If it's butchering that pig you've kept from your farm so so long I'm up to it..." laughed the lich "No Ripper, Mr. Piggles is a 'key' aspect of my magic, out of all the animals I've raised, he's the first to take on magic abilities that have allowed him to become my familiar, so he cannot be killed as of now. But yes, the job I have does involve killing possibly..." replied Keyes "Possibly? That ain't a damn yes Keyes, I need certainty or else I can't do my job properly..." moaned Ripper "Quiet Ripper, you should be pleased we finally get to use our skills in front of the top brass, it has been decades since we've seen another Sin, but now here in Deszeld the structure should be opening for changes, where subordinates will get the chance to move up in the ranks, subordinates like us..." shushed the other lich, this one wearing a nice black suit and tie, a hooded cape, heel spurs, and glasses for his eyeless sockets. Keyes replied, "Yes Reaper, you have put the 'key in the lock' to say the least, the Dragon King is looking for powerful underlings to shift, and those who do well here might be rewarded in the near future... So Ripper, and you Reaper, the job is this: stop any enemy of SOM from leaving the city alive. March throughout the streets and kill anyone tied to the Colorfolk, GOD, or VEC if you see them do anything funny. Is that clear?" I think this will suffice, come along Ripper..." ordered Reaper "What am I, you're damn lackey Reaper? I'll slice you here and now if I have to..." growled Ripper "Save it for the enemy, now go do some hunting, prove your worth in this organization..." jumped in Keyes as his two subordinates marched out of the room, intent on doing their duty... The two you just met are "Ripper Marrow, the Lich Executioner" and "Reaper Spur, the Lich Assassin", two other members of SOM influential in the coming disaster... .....
