Frank came walking in, a flushing noise heard behind him
"Geez guys, i disappear for an hour and look at the trouble you've gotten into" frank sighed.

"Just a day in the life of us!" TGC said, fighting one of the guards. TGC hit the guard in the hand, launching the guard's sword in the air, TGC grabbed it and hit the guard's helmet with the bottom of the sword, knocking the guard unconcious.

Twenty archers ran in behind him, and began shooting. But they kept missing!
"Um... their aim sucks." Said Frank.
"Of course! They're Storm Archers! They can't shoot! They're part of the Storm Troops! They only succeed when it's plot relevant, and even they're usually named soldiers!"
"I'm Danny Kubo!" Said one of the archers, shooting at Toz.
He missed. Toz used his magic to fry them all with lightning.

Surprisingly, though most were knocked unconscious, several still stood.
"What? How?" Toz asked.
"Uh, Toz, lightning isn't as lethal as you think... this one guy was struck by lightning seven times during his life and lived" Frank pointed out.
"But... isn't magic lightning different?" Tug asked

"Oh, that's all right then."
Toz blasted a hole through the cell wall. "Aaaaand that's my last spell slot, folks. You're on your own."

"Im not the one who mentioned it! If nobody mentioned it we would all be fine, I wouldn't have mentioned a thing, and we would not be in a random town for some reason!" TGC said, throwing the Katana back to Tug and grabbing 2 of the guard's swords. Sacred still stood there, before back flipping several time behind the guards, jumping from side to side as to avoid their arrows and throwing sword after sword at them, smashing them with hammers, getting their swords with a boomerang to throw more at them, and overall being something that I'm running out of ways to describe.

Frank fought with his targe and dirk (dirk- dagger, targe- shield, with a spike in the center)
First, Frank would charge an enemy with the targe, using the spike the stab an enemy and hold him in place, then use the dirk to finish the enemy off. Once the enemy was finished, it was wash, rinse, repeat.

"Are you by any chance a multi-trillionaire?" deadpanned Toz. He grabbed his bow and arrow and began firing. He was much better than the Storm Archers, and every shot landed.

As the battle reached its climax, Diesel 11 cast a spell at a bad guy
"Oh, a nickel!" the bad guy bent down, and the spell hit a mirror. Poor D-11 ended up hitting himself

Ok, that was seasons... I'm still confused on the whole "different characters" thing.
As the spell hit seasons, Frank was confused. "Wait, so spells don't work on mirrors?"
"evidently?" Toz replied.

As Toz pondered his grammatical conundrum, a Storm Troop with a big sword swung at him, lost balance, and fell into a conveniently-placed well.
"See? Now, did we spell conundrum correctly?" Asked Toz, as another swordsman ran up behind him.

Frank stopped him with his targe. "Oh no you don't!" Frank said as he stopped the swordsman and finished him off.
"Ok, that it?" Frank asked.
"FRANK gain 4428 exp; lvl up!" Said a disembodied voice.
"Guess that answers that question; I think I'll... Plus one attack. How'd you guys do?"

While the last few events took place, Tug had found his other two Katanas in the armory, while pickpockeying guards on the way, and picked up the one TGC threw at him when he returned to the battlefield...
"I couldn't leave them, their very hard to come by, and are the only way I can perform my techniques..." He said putting one of the swords in his mouth...
He started running towards the troops and said, "108 Pound Phoenix" and the slashes in the air became compressed and launched towards most of enemy Storm Archers knocking them out...
"Well that was easy..." Tug said as someone else said he had recieved 5024 exp, lvl up...

"All right wise guy; you made me get hit with my own spell because of a mirror; there had better be some form of compensation here" he warned
"SEASONS gained 6200 exp; lvl up!" The voice said
"Thank you" he grumble
"What are you going to plus one?" Frank asked

"Dang it! I didn't get enough exp to level up!" Toz went into a rage, blasting random civilians, until suddenly:
"Achievement Disrespect Authority completed. Gain 500 exp and a +1 to Purple Lightning."
"Toz gained 3564 exp, lvl up!"
"Nice! Two new spell slots! Now, what should I use them for?"
Suddenly, a policeman came up. "Hey, you, you're under arrest for arson, murder, jailbreak, and disturbing the peace!"
"Is there a spell that protects me and my party from the law? Because there totally should be."

"Maybe this is one of those towns where the police are present, but they're totally incompetent and you can get away with just about anything with a simple excuse (cough-cough Gravity Falls); someone think of something" Frank told the others.
