Do to some confusion, we've decided to clearly outline what kinds of posts will be deleted by admins and mods here on the 3WSR Forums. They are as follows:
SPAM
As has been previously stated, any spam posts will be immediately deleted from the forums, whether it is from a veteran member or a new account. Spam is anything inappropriate or irrelevant posted on the the boards, including multiple threads created with the same messages. As such, posts in the Shoutbox, which is a place for short conversations or messages on random things, are not considered spam as long as it is not inappropriate advertisements, messages in other languages (without greater context), or anything that is just plainly, spam. Any accounts created for the express purpose of posting spam will be deleted from the forum.
HATEFUL POSTS
We all have different opinions, it's what makes us unique as human beings. However, hateful tirades against other members are not welcome here. If you are having problems with another member, try to clear it up with them first, and then contact a staff member if the problem persists. Any hatemongering posts will be taken out of the open forum and WILL be deleted once the staff members have understood the situation; action will be taken against the offending members.
NON-CONSTRUCTIVE POSTS
Short, one-word posts that add nothing to a thread, like saying "Oh" or "Yes", or saying "Nice" or "This sucks" about a story or something to that extent, can be deemed non-constructive and are subject to deletion, depending on the context. Please give some substance to your posts.
STORY THREADS
While we encourage conversations about the story in question that you are posting under, as these provide constructive criticisms to a story that can help better a person's story and writing skills, we do not encourage conversations not pertaining to the story itself will be considered spam and deleted. Please note however that authors have the right to request that conversation posts not be made in a story thread, if they feel that such conversations will ruin the flow of the story.
ACCIDENTAL POSTS
We get it, sometimes your computer acts up and your post ends up in the wrong thread or appearing multiple times in the Threads. No worries, these posts will either be moved to the correct thread or just deleted from the forum, and no action will be taken against you.
