"I see. So, with the ongoing trial and all, does it feel weird, having the diesels stay in the same yard where Diesel 3 had worked all those years ago?"

"I wouldn't say it's weird or anything, but I do think it's an interesting coincidence."

"If you win the trial, do you intend to find Diesel 3?"

"Oh, yes, we intend to find every single one of the diesels again."

"You never know," said D'Levin, "I've got several close friends in the Government, I think we might be able to do something."

EDIT: Ok, that last question probably wasn't that good. Let's replace it with this one:
"So turning over to the Phase II diesels. Diesel 4 and Diesel 6 we know a fair deal about, but Diesel 5 is pretty obscure. What can you tell us about him?"

Back to the interview:
"Well, Diesel 5 is a track-maintenance diesel, so he'll go around and make sure the railway is in order."

Well, the interview has stagnated due to lack of interest, so it's a good thing this isn't a news station! (We call that "the game" or "the shoutbox".) Interview killed the radio star... I'll shut up now,
Anyway, today's Alternative Hour features the controversial and angsty music genre known as "emo", because why not?
Let's start off with some My Chemical Romance:
Throw in a little Panic! At The Disco:
Maybe some Fall Out Boy from when it wasn't just slightly-better-than-average pop music:
And, heck, some Green Day too.

Welcome back to alternative hour. We've been on hiatus for a while now, but we're back and ready to rock.
I'm afraid that's all we have time for this time, but tune in sometime in the next couple years for REM, Alice In Chains, The Offspring, and more.

Well now, Toz's post got me thinking about obscure metal songs - so here's 11 for you! First of, the opening track to Maiden's No Prayer For The Dying. The album's relatively mediocre, but I love this song.
Jesus Saves... or does he?
Hey look, it's me! Or well, the song my username comes from.
We all know and love the original, but here's the lesser known yet still awesome sequel to Hangar 18.
Some more Maiden. Despite being the closer to Seventh Son of a Seventh Son, one of their most acclaimed albums, this song is still underrated. Why? It's so damn good!
Different from most of Priest's classic material, but it's still a damn good song. Good stuff.
Of course I'm not leaving off the King! King Diamond that is, and his co-demons in Mercyful Fate. This is one of my favorite tracks off of Don't Break The Oath.
Annihilator has long been an underrated force in the thrash scene - though Alice In Hell is nonetheless one of the most important albums in the genre. Here's the title track, along with an acoustic piece called "Crystal Ann".
This song is such a mindblowing one. My god, the guitar is amazing. And yet everyone seems to overlook it. Yes, Holy Wars, Hangar, and Tornado are amazing, but let's take a little time to look at the other songs on Rust In Peace, particularly this little ghost story.
This song is so underrated even among Death fans it's not funny. Great closer to Symbolic.
And finally, wrapping this all up, one of my favorite songs of all time - fourth favorite from Maiden. This song is a cover, released as the B-side to Stranger In A Strange Land, but damn. This is amazing.
And that wraps it up! Stay tuned for next time!
EDIT: SHIT I FORGOT AHAB. FUCK.
