The detectives all gathered as the new Police Commissioner took to the podium to formally introduce himself. "Good afternoon everyone; my name is Richard Turner, and I will be taking over for Davis Gent. Now there is no denying that Gent has been one of the best Commissioners to ever serve Scotland Yard, and I respect him for what he accomplished. That said, a new generation of crime is now gripping London, so that means we need to keep up - a change in leadership and other changes here and there, to keep crime on their toes and the rule of law in place. So how will we fight back, you ask? We will be establishing a variant of the "Most Wanted" System. Does anyone know what this is?" Turner said as he held of a small object.
"Looks like a deck of cards, sir" Detective Walton replied.
"Correct. Since I find that visual aids help people remember, let me introduce you to the 52 that take priority in our battle against crime," Turner said as he brought up the twos first. "Starting this deck is our kidnappers. The most wanted Kidnappers in London are...
Two of Hearts:
Jenson Walsh, 38. Last February, kidnapped a pair of young children who were later found strangled. Eyewitness testimony confirms it was him who took the children, and there is physical evidence linking him to the crime. Last seen in Harrow.
Two of Diamonds:
Mason Young, 41. Three weeks ago, kidnapped his neighbor, Sarah Miles. She managed to escape and confirmed it was him. Last seen in Bromley.
Two of Spades:
Jamie Hall, 32. In March, kidnapped the son of a prominent businessman, more than likely it was to extort money. Last seen in Islington.
Two of Clubs:
Jay Austin, 35. 3 months ago, he was fired from the grocery store where he worked. In retaliation, he kidnapped the children of the store's manager and demanded money for their safe return. When the police raided his house they found the children, but he took off before he was arrested. Last seen in Bexley.
Then, he moved on to the threes. "Next, we have our vandals. And I'm not just talking a broken window or two; these guys really did a number on what they damaged. They are:
Three of Hearts:
Jay Roberts, 27. Broke into a butcher shop where he was fired from and completely ransacked the place. The fact that no money was stolen suggests his motive was revenge, ultimately. Last seen in Greenwich
Three of Diamonds:
Adonis Lynch, 26. A car dealer sold him an automobile with a faulty engine and he took it personally. Few days later, the car dealer's offices were destroyed and several cars damaged. Last seen in Kingston Upon Thames
Three of Spades:
Nathaniel Mayer, 29. Him and his neighbor got into an altercation; next day all the neighbor's windows were broken and other parts of the property were damaged. Last seen in Barnet.
Three of Clubs:
Miles Cantrell, 23. Tried applying for the army but was rejected. Next day he drove a car into the recruitment office, it's a miracle no one was on duty in the office yet. Last seen in Westminster.
Then Commissioner Turner came to the fours. "Next we have those who committed massive fraud. They are:
Four of Hearts:
Michael Talley, 31. Forged a check and stole 8,000 pounds from his employer. Last seen in Redbridge.
Four of Diamonds:
Ellis Byrne, 45. Not too long after being fired from the accounting firm where he was employed, he forged a check and stole 12,000 pounds from the company. Last seen in Southwark.
Four of Spades:
Oscar Griffiths, 42. Forged a check and stole 14,000 pounds from his employer. Last seen in Newham.
Four of Clubs:
Jordan Cooke, 48. Ran an investment scheme fronting as a brokering firm. Amount of money stolen adds up to well over 200,000 pounds. Last seen in Enfield.
Taking out the fives, Turner explained "And here, we have the counterfeiters of London. They are:"
Five of Hearts:
Ethan Morris, 40. We know he has a couple presses going, but we can't seem to find his operation. Evidence indicates he is based somewhere in Sutton
Five of Diamonds:
Joseph Chambers, 43. He's a slippery one; we've busted a couple of his operations in past, but we've never caught him. Last seen in Lambeth.
Five of Spades:
Eric Velez, 39. His operation was busted in April, but he and about 1/3 of his men slipped away. Last seen in Merton.
Five of Clubs:
Elias Rowe, 40. This sneaky bugger keeps managing to put fake money into the economy before we have a chance to stop him. All we know is that he's based somewhere in Harrow.
Then he came to the six cards. "Four gangs are a particular threat to London. Their leaders are:"
Six of Hearts:
Garrett Chase, 27. Leader of the Hounslow Hell-hounds. Pretty obvious where the operate out of.
Six of Diamonds:
Oscar Smith, 26. Leader of The Bulldogs. Operate out of Enfield
Six of Spades:
Jackson Moss, 27. Leader of the Southwark Snakes. Pretty obvious where they operate out of.
Six of Clubs:
William Duncan, 32. Leader of the "Gentlemen Thieves Guild" as he calls it. They operate out of Barking.
Then came the sevens. "Rapists; need I say more. Top cases are:"
Seven of Hearts:
Frederick Houghton, 42. Assaulted, then raped a woman during a robbery gone wrong. Last seen in Ealing.
Seven of Diamonds:
Marshall Johnston, 38. Serial rapist operating out of Hammersmith. His victims confirmed his identity, but we can never seem to track him down. 9 victims to date, but evidence suggests he is still in Hammersmith.
Seven of Spades:
Colin Sandoval, 38. To date, has raped 4 victims in Greenwich, but he is yet to be caught. We know he is still in Greenwich, we just can't seem to find him.
Seven of Clubs:
Zachary Wilson, 27. His fiance broke their engagement, he raped her in revenge. Subsequently disappeared, but evidence places him hiding somewhere in Croydon.
Then he pulled out the eights. "These are serial armed robbers. The four we are bringing to attention are:"
Eight of Hearts:
Benjamin Adams, 25. Ten victims have identified him as the one who robbed them. Last seen in Waltham Forest.
Eight of Diamonds:
Ethan Hall, 27. 14 victims have identified him as the one who robbed them. Last seen in Haringey
Eight of Spades:
Spencer Bradley, 25. 17 victims have identified him as the one who robbed them. Last seen in Lewisham.
Eight of Clubs:
Zachary Gill, 33. 27 victims have identified him as the one who robbed them. Last seen in Merton.
Then he pulled out the nines. "The burglars have hit some rather high profile targets. The only reason we were able to identify them is thanks to eyewitness accounts. They are:
Nine of Hearts:
Charlie Khan, 29. Robbed a bank with two associates, got away with 8,000 pounds. Last seen in Enfield.
Nine of Diamonds:
Augustus Huffman, 30. Broke into a mansion belonging to a prominent businessman. Made off with 12,000 pounds worth of items. Last seen in Kensington.
Nine of Spades:
Zane Morrison, 32. Serial burglar; has broken into at least 6 homes the last five weeks. Total amount stolen estimated at 7,000 pounds. Last seen in Harrow.
Nine of Clubs:
Kaiden Alexander, 24. Serial burglar; nine cases have been linked to him, and there are probably more. Last seen in Barnet.
Then he pulled out the tens. "Arsonists; these four have a particular fondness for fire. They are:
Ten of Hearts:
Levi Mooney, 29. He's been linked to four house fires. Last seen in Lambeth
Ten of Diamonds:
Silas Faulkner, 37. He's been linked to seven house fires. Last seen in Hammersmith
Ten of Spades:
Charles Baker, 36. He's been linked to eleven fires: 6 houses, five businesses. Last seen in Brent.
Ten of Clubs:
Noah West, 40. He's been linked to 19 fires: 11 houses and 8 businesses. Last seen in Hounslow
Then he came to the Jacks. "Serial Killers. Need I say more? These are the ones we know about:"
Jack of Hearts:
Cody Patel, 50. A surgeon who was banned from practicing. 8 Victims found with hearts removed. We only got an ID because number nine escaped before "surgery" could commence. All we know is- he's laying low and not leaving Camden any time soon.
Jack of Diamonds:
Harrison Palmer, 33. Seems to have a real problem with prostitutes; 14 have shown up dead in the last two months, all killed the same way: Strangled, then clubbed and left on display against an alley wall. Fortunately, a few would be victims escaped before he could take action and identified him. All we know is- he's in Havering.
Jack of Spades:
Philip Henderson, 37. The "shovel killer" randomly kills people by beating them to death with a large metal shovel. He doesn't appear to be motivated by any particular cause, but he's claimed eight victims; three survivors managed to identify him. We only know that he's in Sutton, and never attacks in the same place twice.
Jack of Clubs:
Jonathan Hobbs, 40. The "back alley killer" always strikes the same way- ambushes the victims, slashes their neck open, leaves them to be found in an alley. 19 people are dead at his hands. We got very lucky here- he got a little to ambitious and tried killing four people at once; but after number 19 was killed the others managed to escape and identify him. All we know is that he is unpredictable, and he is in Tower Hamlets.
Then came the Queens "Female criminals; rare, but they exist. The four we have are:
Queen of Hearts:
Evelyn Gallagher, 30. Stabbed her husband to death, last seen in Enfield.
Queen of Diamonds:
Chelsea Wilson, 33. Robbed a jewelry store, made off with 10,000 pounds in precious metals and rare gems. Last seen in Lewisham

Naomi Moss, 35. Killed a couple after a robbery went wrong. Last seen in Westminster
Queen of Clubs:
Clare Oliver, 34. Serial assaulter; motive unknown. At least 16 victims to date. Last seen in Richmond upon Thames.
Then came the kings. "Four black hearted murderers. Not as bad as serial killers, but that doesn't make their acts any less heinous. The ones we will focus on are:"
King of Hearts:
David Poole, 31. Murdered his parents after they disowned him. Last seen in Bromley
King of Diamonds:
Oscar Riley, 40. Murdered his brother over an inheritance. Last seen in Wandsworth

King of Clubs:
Jonathan Harrison, 31. Murdered the owner of a textile factory over what he percieved as the mistreatment of the workers. Last seen in Greenwich.
Finally, there were the aces. "Criminal masterminds; they lead large organizations that operate in the shadows. We have no names, only what they are known by. They are:
Ace of Hearts:
"Lord Bury," leader of the "Ripper Underground"
Ace of Diamonds:
"Shadow," leader of the "Brotherhood of the Dark"
Ace of Spades:
"Napoleon," leader of the "Army of the Fallen"
Ace of Clubs:
"The One Eyed Man," leader of the "Spider Web"
"These cases take top priority in solving, and should be given media attention as appropriate. When all four in a group are caught; we will replace them with a new group, and they will be treated the same way until caught. Other details will be covered in various memos I will send out."
"Will that be it sir?" Detective Stein asked.
"Only one last thing: As of now, the unofficial detective Adolf Gunnarson... is no longer welcome to come to crime scenes at his leisure. He will not come to us, we will come to him, and ONLY for the cases that we have no leads on, and cannot solve by our own resources. That is all, you may return to work" Commissioner Turner declared as he went back to his office.
"And good riddance; he was a bane of our existence for too long" Detective Walton declared.
"I mean, I will concede that Gunnarson has done some questionable things, but... is this too much?" Stein thought to himself before going about his duties.
